I like the fact that the location has a drive-thru. I tried the vegan coffee icecream made with oat milk and it was delicious. It taste exactly like creamy dairy icecream. 10/10

They had 2 vegan flavors. I had the cookies and cream with Oreo. It had freezer burn and had crystallized because it had been sitting there for so long. It could have been location specific. Maybe a location that sees more for traffic would be better, but I can't recommend going based on my experience.

Waited in line for 26 minutes behind a group of teens, no prob- very big group. However, seems like the employees there were friends with mentioned group and would give them their upmost attention. That's fine as long as you're doing your job right? Yeah no. These teens were attending ONLY THEIR FRIENDS??? Wtf ? At least take the orders of the rest of the customers.. there were a total of 5 employees, one girl taking orders and getting them out efficiently, a guy scooping and prepping, one person at the drive through, the one guy responding very quickly to his friends orders and one guy drinking out of a soda cup aimlessly walking around doing absolutely nothing. The efficiency of these 5 was disappointing to say the least. I've worked at la michoacana when I was 16 and know how much your wrist can hurt when scooping ice cream and how tiring it can all be, but to see these kids not talk to one another, communicate or even give even a heads up to what's going on is so hectic. Nobody seemed to be working as a team and getting much done. Work stations were clean where the ice cream was being scooped but... no gloves??? Say what you want about bacteria entering our bodies one way or another but they were touching cash, windows, counters, scoops, hair, apron, and our food. No rinsing of the hands in between transactions, not a glove in sight, nobody seemed to have any care for hygiene. It's busy, I try to understand that but when you have about 30 people ordering and also have cars at the drive through, gloves would be much needed! When me and my 2 friends finally got to order, one of us had lost their appetite because of how long it took for someone to finally acknowledge us and the amount of bugs at the "place your order window." (I have video proof of the amount of bugs). My friend ordered a single scoop, kids cone- cotton candy explosion and she was quite satisfied with it, but when I ordered a small cone (2 scoops), of Oreo, the young man gave me a medium cone with 2 scoops of cheesecake Oreo... lol wrong flavor. Could've at least told me they ran out of plain Oreo. The whole experience was just so disappointing and upsetting, the teenagers were just sitting around the 2 order windows smoking their flavored vapes being in the way, crowding and making everyone uncomfortable. Management needs to do better on how they train the people who work here. They do not know how to work together nor keep the place clean.

All employees seem nice and sweat the only thing is I found an assortment of items in my ice cream, almost enough to make a treasure box for kindergartners. Old 60 year old sus man works there. He was wearing flip flops! Just not very appealing. Went by the name patela or something! Not appealing AT ALL!!!!! Yuck!Love the variety of ice creams they had though!

Late night shift wanted to charge me $2.10 for a baby cone when supposibly they are free. I told her "I wanted a cookie n cream baby cone. She said I could only choose from vanilla chocolate or strawberry. I go to other brusters and they ALWAYS give my baby any flavor never thought that it would matter. If she knows baby cones are free why say she has to charge me 4 babycone b.c I'm choosing oreo. That baby cones are free with chocolate strawberry or vanilla she should have gave better customer service and said it differently. They need to hire better personnel that actually want to work. Bad service. Better be glad God was holding me back b.c I would have cursed someone out in my old days.
