They are robbing people!! They charged me $18 for a strawberry shortcake & a small waffle bowl. DONT GO HERE!!!

I really wish I could leave a good review but only one of the girls who attended us was super nice and helpful through the window when we first ordered since we were going to eat it there after this we went to order through drive threw as it was to go and the girl that took our order was rude and acted like she didn’t want to work couldn’t even get our order right through the drive-thru after we repeatedly said pint size to she gave us a kids size. What are we supposed to do with a kid size scoop of Icecream? It’s so ridiculous, they should really hire better staff this is such an inconvenience I’ve never gone to an Icecream shop where they aren’t helpful and happy to help you get a treat. Probably won’t return they really suck.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews at all, but I have been to this location multiple times within the past year and I can confidently say that I have never had a good experience with the staff there. I’m not sure if they are not properly trained, or maybe management is just poor, but the staff have a hard time comprehending drive thru orders. I visited today around 7:30 pm and the girl at the window had a hard time understanding or comprehending what I ordered (a deconstructed sundae), I was over charged because she didn’t understand what a regular sundae was and I got charged for a brownie sundae.
The mixed nuts they serve are stale, their brownies are dry, the customer service is terrible. I will not recommend or visit again. You can find better service and ice cream at a Coldstone or a Dairy Queen.

I don’t know if the people here are hired by children but they can never seem to get it right. Multiple visits and it’s filled with bad attitudes and wrong orders. I gave it multiple chances and I’ll never go back. I see why their foot traffic is slow.

Two experiences here. Both good. Love the ice cream. Good staff.

I’ve been to this location several times, usually the service is very well, but today it wasn’t. A old redhead lady with glasses has the worst attitude. Another customer was in front of me and she provided a sample on a red spoon. I asked for a sample and she gave it to me on the tiny, white spoon. It’s evident she doesn’t like her job, but that’s not an excuse for her behavior and bad attitude. The way she stares at people and the way she talks is just so rude. No “thank you” and she slams the window door. I highly suggest going to a different location or being attended by the young lady with brown hair.

I bring my dogs to this location all the time for doggy sundaes because of the nice seating area. All the locations closest to me either lack seating or don't have grassy areas.

Parking: Tons of parking but the lot has potholes and is kind of annoying to get into if you're coming off of I-85.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a paved sidewalk and ramp from the parking lot and plenty of space to sit with others in accessible areas.

These people charge you extra fees, check your receipts before you leave the place, and when you talk to them they seem to be asleep.

Ordered a banana split to go. These incompetent idiots screwed up with mushy ripe bananas and overflowing icecream dripping all over the napkins and soaking through the to-go bag. It was $11 by the way and it was gross. When I confronted them they didn’t even apologize let alone speak.

I always liked coming to this place but these two very rude girls think that you don't have money to pay, that's why you're supposed to go to the place to consume a brunette, by mistake of her, she gave me two sides of different flavors that I myself gave her. I asked and in the end, in order not to complicate things, I asked for an extra side and she was upset that she had to change the one she had already given me. I told her that it was fine, I wanted another extra and I couldn't wait for my daughters to return the side that they were already eating. I told him that it was not necessary, I wanted an extra and in the end he gave me the change of money that they returned to me. It was very uncomfortable with those two girls, they got frustrated and I still don't know what the desire was to change the side if I had already paid them. I just wanted something extra, I hope their manager sees this and can get their attention.
