This place is awful won't never give you your meat fresh off The broiler never have your order right and their clothes this morning the doors aren't even open

I order a double bacon cheese burger at the drive thru every time I go there no mustard no pickles add mayonnaise and they leave out the bacon on a bacon burger almost every time!? It always happens when I forget to check it before leaving. Beginning to think it's on purpose.

I ordered 4 whopper meals, kids meal and cheesy tots.
Wasn't busy, no one ahead of me or after me.
I was missing a toy in the kids meal, which my kids wanted and was missing cheesy tots.
Only 2 employees there when I arrived, one taking orders through drive thru and one making the burgers.
I had to go back twice to get rest of my order and waited inside to get the lady attention to get the toy and missing tots. Addition to, the inside of cheesy tots was empty ans not warm/hot.
She was very calm and handling all the orders, by herself.
But still wished I didnt have to go back for my missing item.
Plus, food was not warm.

Ordered a chicken sandwich no mayo and of course they messed it up. No big deal until this lady tried to tell me that they dont offer refunds... do better BK. Educate your employees. Will not be returning to this location!

Not a fan of the BK but had a free coupon for a Whopper. Pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Staff was also super helpful and friendly even though they were busy

the woman at the window with dyed braided hair was incredibly nice and honestly made my day so much better. but unfortunately the food didn't match the service. burger was raw in the middle, very disgusting

Went through the drive thru a few hours ago, the worker through the speaker/ window was so kind, she had an uplifting mood. Though she did forget my buffalo sauce but that’s okay. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

This is the worst place. They got my order wrong twice. The kid at the counter had no customer service skills. I filed a complaint they never called or reached out to me. Kinda sad the customer gets over looked even though they made the mistakes

I placed my order around 9:03 PM July 8th and I was truly impressed with the experience. Moe the manager, and the rest of the team ( names I ain’t catch) was polite and professional. The service was fast, and my meal was fresh and delicious. I really preciate the great service thank you all for doing such a great job
