This is a clean, quiet and reliable restaurant. It’s ran really well, and is heavily relied on by residents of the many neighboring hotels, small businesses and residents. Clean lobby includes a nice freestyle soda machine.

They don't accept all app deals that corporate sends to their members, but very friendly staff.

I always get a Great customer service always at this location and a smile and the food is delicious and looks just like the picture……I really recommend this place u won’t be disappointed…..I live in Stone Mountain the Burger King on memorial drive is a mess!

I have been a loyal customer of this Burger King location for several years and have consistently experienced exceptional customer service. Compared to other Burger King restaurants, the service here sets a high standard. I am particularly impressed by the quick service and the consistently hot food served to me.

Friday September 20 the young lady that works in the morning was very rude and unhelpful. She told me that there are items on the menu they do not have but I saw her sale it to another customer. Get a respectful staff!!

1slice of Bacon, you gotta be kidding me?! I got the 2 for 5 and I can see why I always order sausage because that is ridiculous. One slice of bacon cut in half is all I can have on a sandwich?? Never again.

This was once a very terrible Burger King. Even before Covid, it was terrible. During Covid, it turned into some sort of Mad Max like environment where you would enter at your own risk. I can't determine exactly when it happened, but it happened fast. Now it is a top tier Burger King. High quality, hot food. Almost looks as good as the commercials. Friendly and fast service. I'm not a very religious man, but whatever happened to this Burger King makes me think twice.

The every day to day employees here are amazing especially in the evening. I come in at least once or twice a day. However yesterday when I came in around 5 something I was highly offended by who I believe is the district manager I could be mistaken he is African American with a blue shirt and accent. Now he was leaving when I arrived he saw me and chose to come back into the store and address his employees to not allow me to sit for to long! I felt like I was judged for living in the hotel and walking now I always order food when I come inside! I never stay to long but I do use the free WiFi to get some emails sent while I’m there. I’m also a shift manager at Taco Bell and would never talk about my customers or force someone out of my (fast food) restaurant. It was very rude today I go in for breakfast and hes here again almost made me want to turn around and leave. I have been in restraint management for 3 years both sit down and fast food and I would never treat a customer like i was yesterday by him! I’m 5 months pregnant so I may be emotional however I am a paying customer and if you don’t want me to sit in here and use your internet don’t offer it! And do not judge a book by its cover!

went late around 11:30 pm, the guy there was super nice and provided good customer service. i didnt check his name tag but he was young, thin and white

I'm sorta picky about my BK. We love hot fries and always ask for our Whopper without certain things. This place has rarely ever messed up our order in the few years we've been coming here. We come in once a week. So that says a lot about this location. TY folks and may Jesus bless you and yours, always.
