Chip don't work, haven't transferred the money over from Uber, forgot your wallet at home , or just plain broke ..........whatever it may be if you can be in customer relations and not make someone that's in a spot feel any worse than they already do ,,,you are a 5star employee and a cool ass dude. I'm really disappointed that you didn't get my co-workers order correct. I thought about going to y'all this evening but I think not. With everything going on in the world can y'all please do better and get the orders right? Especially at lunch. If you need to put a more experienced crew on the schedule then please do. It's not like Burger King is known to be fast which is fine because it's grilled so with that being said you have the time to get the orders right! Certain people don't have the time or energy to be going back to get their correct order that includes seniors, disabled etc. Shape up!
I bought a drink and asked for the ICE separate. Gave me a baby cup of ice. I asked for a large cup of ice for them to say the would charge the price of a Drink for a large cup of Ice. Do not go to this location. The staff are lazy, not polite and they literally charge for everything. Over $3 for a large cup of ice smh.
