I only come to this Burger King after 4pm when I see my two favorite night shift crew. There very nice and my food is always hot and never made wrong. It took a little extra time today but I saw they were swamped with people. We always have a good giggle when I get off work. I wish I knew the workers names but it's normally the same two people a girl who looks around 18 and a man with dreads(who also speaks spanish) . I never see who in the back but he never messes up my sandwich ever. Love this burger king I stop every chance I get.

Tony and his staff do a horrible job with the way they handle there drive through, they walk with 4 bags for different customers in the front parking lot, they hand the food out to the wrong customer the customers play with it and than give it back telling them its wrong order. They have no clue who orders what. Wont be back to this bk. Very rude and unprofessional when i told them what i seen them do with my food, i wont be back.

Came to pick up a delivery order, after eaiting and being ignored for almost 10 minutes, I heard the guy working drive through tell the other girl who completely ignored us that "If you don't get my attention, im gonna ignore the hell out of you". Is that what this restaurant consider good customer service?

Absolutely amazing experience! Yes at Burger King! Starting with our cashier Prince, he was very mature, professional, and patient! The cook took his time and made our food perfectly. A lot of times fast food restaurants rush and make the food sloppy. It was so good my husband went back and got another Impossible Burger! When we were sitting down eating, the manager Joshua bought my babies a toy and checked on us. Oh yeah and at the register Prince gave them a crown. The bathrooms were clean. It was just overall a surprisingly great experience!
Pulled up around 11pm and they had one sweet old lady holding everything down. I mean she was doing everything : taking orders, making the food, carrying it out to the customers in the parking lot… she was the only worker in the building. She explained that if she left they would fire her.
Meanwhile whoever is in charge was likely laying in bed playing with their toenails wondering which minimum wage making single mother they were going to spit on next. Burger King, have some heart.
