I normally don't leave bad reviews, but this place is garbage and the charge for a single sauce cup. So if you want anything besides 2 ketchup packs for a large fry order, bring from home!

Excellent Service, Clean Environment, and Fresh Food!

I had a great experience at the Burger King off Jimmy Carter Blvd and Buford Hwy. From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless—floors clean, tables wiped down, and even the drink and condiment station was organized. You can tell the staff here takes pride in keeping the place in top shape.

The highlight of my visit was the outstanding customer service from Neshia. She greeted me with a warm smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She was professional, friendly, and patient—one of the best fast food employees I’ve ever come across. You can tell she truly cares about the customer experience.

The food was fresh and hot, not sitting under a heat lamp. My Whopper was juicy, my fries were crispy, and everything tasted just right. It’s refreshing to visit a fast food restaurant that still values quality and consistency.

The dining area was quiet, relaxing, and super clean. I saw staff regularly checking and cleaning, which shows they maintain high standards. Neshia especially stood out with her positive attitude and attention to detail—she really made the experience feel five-star.

If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by this Burger King. Shoutout to Neshia and the whole crew for doing a great job!

Pure evil. There's a LONG list of BK's that serve walkup customers from the window after close and don't call women MEN for walking into the door THEY left open after inside dining hours close. Fire them BOTH. DISCRIMINATION! 6/10/25

The manager here was amazing & doing her best to motivate the team through a very busy rush period. It’s rare to see someone prioritize customer service in fast food these days & she was crushing it!!

worst service ever I specifically asked for fresh hash brown tots and fresh French toast sticks. I waited outside as they asked me to and they still brought me old French toast, sticks and old hash tots and this was the general manager that should’ve taken care of my every request I put in but yet she frowned up… You can’t be a general manager and have that kind of attitude and do not satisfy customers. That’s probably why y’all don’t get that much business anyway… terrible

Old burnt hash browns. I love BK and this is one that I do not like coming to. The older woman in the am on the drive thru has a major attitude problem, every single time I have came by. It’s unfortunate because they could have wayyy more business due to its location too. The staff act as if they are in some sort of rush? There are no customers here lol… and I see why. Please hire new staff. Please!

This burger King is awful. I placed my order thru the app pull up to the drive thru, the young lady said to hold. Aight cool. While I'm parenting my child the worker who's on break I guess yells and tells me not to be mean to her. Sir please don't talk to me. I told him to mind his business, this is between me and MY child. MINE!!! He laughs and proceeds to curse and everything. I asked the young lady for his name now suddenly she has amnesia and gives JR. I'm like for real you work with this man. Burger King isn't that big to not know the name of your co workers. So I ask for the manager because now yall playing in my face. The manager(Kayla) is listening and while she's listening Jr and the drive thru girl is cutting up. He laughing and she talking about meet me in the parking lot. Lil girl I'm not about to fight you while I have my daughter with me. Have you lost your ever lasting mind?????? You mad cuz i called you out about covering for Jr. Girl bye. I will drive out of my way to the next one before I ever come to this one again.

Ms. A (GM) and her morning team are the absolute best and it should be acknowledged. The store was so clean, customer service was above exceptional, food was hot, fresh and made correctly.
