This Friday the 23rd at 10 in the morning I just received the worst attention I have ever received in my life.We were received at the drive tru by the employee with the baddest attitude, who does not hide it either in her face or in her way of speaking.It is incredible that a food chain has workers who do not even respond with a good morning or a thank you. and instead his response is a contemptuous look and dislike towards you.I will never set foot in one of your stores again.I prefer to avoid the sensation of feeling so badly treated again.

2/4/24My friends and I went to the drive through at around 7:30pm. My friend tried her best to order for us only for her to be interrupted multiple times buy a worker who kept accusing us of trying to prank them. We never even got our full order in when she demanded that we pull up to the window. After we pulled up, she told us to back up to where we couldn’t see them (pretty sus). Eventually, we pulled back up to the window because someone was behind us. The lady glared at us and told us to go back. We eventually got our food and left. Part of our order was four milkshakes. My friend tried the milkshake and said it tased like alcohol. We all tried the milkshakes only to find out that the employees had FLIPPIN PUT HAND SANITIZER IN OUR DRINKS. We were just four hungry teens tryna grab dinner after a long rehearsal :/Worst customer service in my life smhAlso we they didnt give us a receipt.

they put hand sanitizer in our milkshakes. the person working told us to back up once we got to the window then gave us half-filled milkshakes that tasted and smelled like rubbing alcohol. we spent $25 here for horrific service and poisoned drinks. the picture is what we got before drinking them.

Drive Thru order. While waiting for my food I observed employees coming out from the back to smoke weed behind the dumpster. Management needs to investigate this location, the place seems to be abandoned. I wonder why!! Today is February 1, 1024, 5:30pm.

The man doing the night shift was very remarkable. He had a wonderful demeanor when he greeted us and provided excellent service. The food arrived at our car promptly. I have never visited a better Burger King than this one.

Me and my friend went to lunch at Burger King and. The whopper. Combo was great try out menu and I think you will enjoy it we loved it can't go wrong with burger king it was a great choice for lunch we dined in and service was great and it was clean very fast service and it was very good I give them a five star rating try it out nothing like a whopper for lunch give them a try it was awesome ?

Bad costumer service don't take there time in taking orders drive throw old lady. She just said go around and ones we wanted to add on something eles she said no and I payed but I let her know that I wasn't finished so rude. This why Burger King doesn't have workers and a lot of people that buys there food.

Went through drive through and ordered two croissants one bacon and one sausage. I plainly stated please don’t put cheese or eggs on my sandwiches because I’m allergic. I got to the window and asked for a cup of ice water the old lady huffed and rolled her eyes and gave me an ice water with no straw and slammed the window in my face. So I get home and both sandwiches have cheese and eggs on them. I’m so done with this Burger King. I really don’t know why they are even still open. They get no business which is probably due to the poor customer service. I will not be going back to this location even though it has been here all of my life and I have always lived 2 mins away. I was so upset I just went to sleep I didn’t even want to return to get my money back because who knows what kind of attitude I would have received going back and explaining to them how they messed up my breakfast.
