Walk in, I asked did they have grits because other locations do! Manager/heifer, said nope Waffle House, ain’t ask for all that, if I wanted Waffle House I would’ve got that!

I would like to say, I've been coming to this Burger King since I was a kid, I've seen this place changed so many times but anyways my main concern is why aren't there any employees helping? I seen one guy working alone running everywhere just trying to catch up.

The people that work here, make crappy food, and are the same people that complain when they get crappy food like this. Treat others how you would like to be treated. (2 tomato's almost as thick as whole sandwich and thick onions. Both thrown away). 12/04/25 around 4:30 PM. Ordered 2 plain chicken sandwiches and Whopper. No one inside the store and one person in drive thru. Don't think it was a lot to ask.

Just Ordered a LARGE Bacon King thru ubereats and the portion was horrible and unacceptable. Only one patty one cheese and 1 strip of bacon. Paid 16.25 for the burger itself. What's goin on with the night shift?

This place is normally good during the day but night service is horrible. Its been twice already where I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and there's no bacon. Today I ordered through the app and didn't get any bacon, a single patty, with mustard and pickles. I asked for no mustard or pickles and paid for a double cheeseburger not a single.

The most worst experience ive ever had in restaraunt history. Lady comes on ask me WHAT DO YOU WANT? SINCE WHEN DO YOU ASK A CUSTOMER WHAT YOU WANT?????? I NEED TO SPEAK WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION. THEN WHEN I TELL HER WHAT I WANT SHE TELLS ME SHE DOESNT HAVE IT. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. for my complaint she waves at me at the window. Wow I really am hurt.

I never leave a review for a BK but I just want whoever to know that's in charge of reading this. Please give the girl who was running the drive thru tonight a raise 👏 she was the most sweetest and nicest person I have ever encountered that is working at this BK.
