Kid-friendliness: The play place is creepy so dont take your kids there McDonald's is way better and safe for them to play Because there's a sign that said if you see something weird please tell the manager and there could be kidnappers
02/21/24 12:30pm just went on drive-thru to order my food after the lady at window take payment I asked for buffalo sauce with rude attitude said the cost is $0.35 but I can't do it now I don't understand wy something easy they make it so difficult if she is not happy with her job she needs to find something else I didn't visit this place for long time and now was the worst experience they do not know that the attitude with your customers are included in the success of your business. Bad ?

Whoever sent these burnt nuggets out for delivery need they…. Nvm! Plus, a 16 piece comes with 4 sauces. I only got 2. Didn’t matter though because I have braces and literally couldn’t bite into these. ATP, I’m just racking up these $10 support gift cards until they get my food RIGHT!

0 starts and I wish it was a way to do that. I went here and I used my app to order. So it was for a free fry but you had to order something. So I gave the young lady the code. She then rudely said anything else. I said I have to purchase something for the coupon to work. She then said rudely again IT JUST SAY FREE FRY. I get to the window everybody looking stupid nobody says anything to me. The lady who took my order looked as if she just jumped out the bed. Hair looked a mess and attitude on 1,000. She then sends the manager to the window to tell me I had to purchase something. I told the manager “ I was trying to tell the rude lady that” I already knew that. So I asked for fresh food because this location is known for giving out cold food. So I’m checking my order and another young lady comes up and ask me can I move? I told her I’m checking my food. Literally the next SECOND the manager asked the same thing. Y’all wouldn’t have done that if I was WHITE please give me the same respect. I know since Covid you have to hire anyone but they don’t belong at the window. I was there maybe 10 seconds IF THAT!

Just adding on to the already million of bad reviews this place has. Don't go here you want to pay for sauces! Do NOT go here and order and ask for sauces at the window because they wont even bother charging while you're already at the window.
I went there this morning and the lady taking orders was drunk. You could smell it right away. Messed up my order and overcharged me. She tried to keep the money but I called her out. This location is for the homeless and

They were rude to every customer, I ordered 3 combos, and they didn’t ask me what sauce I wanted then I asked for BBQ sauce, and they said 30 cents for that. It’s ok but this is the first time I got that problem.Order at 17:00 on Dec 31,2023
