Not sure what they're selling but it's not fish. Tastes like processed imitation chicken but definitely not what every other captain d's we've ever been to sells. Even the hushpuppies super SALTY. We've patronized this location it has been a while must be new owners or something because this was $35 wasted. Just 0 stars.

The lady who took my order in drive thru is impatient,and did not get my order correct after I told her twice, then proceeded to walk away and talk about me as if I can't see or hear her through the window.

Very rude nasty dirty establishment. Employee in the bathroom didn't wash hands before returning back to work. Roaches in the corner lobby area. Manager is rude foul and unpleasant to work with.

Grabbed dinner at Captain D’s tonight and had a solid experience! The cashier was polite and attentive—not overly friendly, but definitely not rude. The food came out hot and tasted great, which is really what I came for. The restaurant itself could use a little more attention when it comes to cleanliness—not dirty or gross, just not spotless. Overall, a good spot for a quick seafood fix. Would come back!

I have recently discovered Captain D’s and this location has treated me incredibly well since day one. The food is always fresh, plentiful and hot. The atmosphere is always clean and relaxed and the young lady who took my order even brought it out to me as soon as it was done (at my seat). I have zero complaints about this location and nothing but nice things to say about this facility. Captain D’s is awesome and this location has been a fantastic representation of what the institution stands for and has to offer. Thank you for your service! I will definitely be back!

I've been coming here for a while and we normally love Captain D's. However I think they have changed the batter for the fish since I came last. It is so bland and so much less flavorful than usual. If the batter has changed you all might want to go back to the original. I may give it one more shot but if this is what you're offering moving forward we will not be back to this location. The fried okra was cooked perfectly but was also bland. The green beans used to have some type of a seasoning meat in them and now they taste straight out of the can. No seasoning whatsoever. I was so disappointed with this meal this evening as normally we truly enjoy Captain D's. We did at least enjoy the hush puppies.
The fish and fries were very nasty and had a bitter after the fries were stale fish was just uneatable everything was just old reheated food thumbs all the way down waste of my money ?☹️

Once they forgot my hushpuppies, and another time my food my food was overcooked but overall, the food is decent, just check your food before you leave. The main issue I have is the condiments for the baked potato; either they are selfish with the sour cream or out. Today, I specifically asked for 2 sour creams and 4 butters and was given exactly half of what I asked for. My advice is if you can't afford to give out 2 sour creams and 4 butters, then you should not charge the additional $.99, or discontinue selling baked potatoes. It is difficult for some people to eat what can be considered a dry potato.

If I could leave negative stars I would. My food was poorly prepared. The portions were miniscule and the staff was rude and dismissive. I've eaten at the Lilburn location and had a completely different experience. This is greasy, frozen food. I know that but the absolute least that I expect is a friendly staff. That is not the case here. I've come here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. During my lunch visit I asked for condiments and didn't receive them and had to go into the restaurant during my limited lunch break after I HAD ALREADY ASKED FOR THEM AND HAD TO PULL UP AND WAIT. You'd think that if I had to wait the food would be cooked perfectly and everything would be in the bag. Words can not express how frustrating it is when simple things go wrong and this location drops the ball in every regard.
