If I could give zero stars I would the people working on June 28,2025 at 8:25 suck we paid for large loaded fried and 1/2 pound bite box and got two regular and not wanting too either give us a partial refund of the two or give us the food he was very nasty and very horrible for business we had I’ll not be returning to this place and staff from today needs to be fired and this checkers need to take a class in customer service and I have part of the interaction on video to show the horrible customer service

Food was great. One of the best fries that you can get from any fastfood. Their tenders are not so great. Burgers were great as always for the price you pay. Their chicken sandwich was use some improvement. Mcdonalds, bk and wendys have started using better quality chicken for sandwiches so hopefully checkers will follow that soon. Cashier was a friendly person. Inside the kitchen looks pretty clean and organized from outside too.

This location is disgusting. I ordered fries and ice cream. The fries had LINT and HAIR in them. The ice cream portion on the cone I ordered was very small for the price and compared to other locations I’ve been to. I gave a customer review for the manager to contact me and they NEVER REACHED OUT TO FIX THIS. Very nasty and unprofessional. I almost ate that :( I would not recommend this location and will not be returning

Look, its fast food. Lots of these reviews are people who cant be honest with themselves. Ive been coming here since it OPENED... I live 1min away, and I've never had any issues that you dont have anywhere else from time to time. Overall, I still hit this spot regularly. Lots of Chili cheese fries and popcorn chicken combos. The fast food connoisseurs that are upset at kids working here or sporadic issues with food quality probably cruised up on a hoveround with Wilford Brimley and an insulin machine gun. Fast food places all get low reviews because they don't get respect for what they are. They should all get an automatic 1star bump just because everyone downs them like they're supposed to compete with Wolfgang puck. Get real folks.

It's already bad enough you have a machine talking to you to place a order & still get it wrong. It's even more sad u spend $25 and can't even get fresh fries. The two girls on shift yesterday could of easily fixed the problem but instead "you want a refund?!" Yes. Yes I do...it was no reason we couldn't get ALL of our food fresh.. dropping fries that's been sitting out does not count as FRESH fries! everytime I come here It's no line wrapped around the corner..make the food right the first time to avoid making mistakes and refunds

The burger was cold. I believe they changed the buns at all of the checkers because they taste different very yeasty and not very good. Which makes the burger not as good as they have always been. Go back to the original bun!!
