Food was great. One of the best fries that you can get from any fastfood. Their tenders are not so great. Burgers were great as always for the price you pay. Their chicken sandwich was use some improvement. Mcdonalds, bk and wendys have started using better quality chicken for sandwiches so hopefully checkers will follow that soon. Cashier was a friendly person. Inside the kitchen looks pretty clean and organized from outside too.
Look, its fast food. Lots of these reviews are people who cant be honest with themselves. Ive been coming here since it OPENED... I live 1min away, and I've never had any issues that you dont have anywhere else from time to time. Overall, I still hit this spot regularly. Lots of Chili cheese fries and popcorn chicken combos. The fast food connoisseurs that are upset at kids working here or sporadic issues with food quality probably cruised up on a hoveround with Wilford Brimley...
I use to love checkers! I hadn't eaten it in years and decided to treat myself but was shocked at the change in quality. The food was mediocre... at best. The rating was like a 86 or something when I got to the window and I should have canceled the order then.
