It’s been a long time since I last had Chick-fil-A. What always impressed me most is their sandwich — compared to other American fast-food burger places, the flavor feels more friendly to Asian taste buds. This time, they launched the Classic Cup sandwich meal, with a chance to win a Golden Cup for a year of free sandwiches. One thing I really like is that through the app, you can add tomato slices and lettuce. In my opinion, a good sandwich definitely needs some veggies to balance the flavors. I chose their signature waffle chips this time, and surprisingly, they were really crispy and tasty. For the drink, I went with the Sunshine — a mix of lemonade and iced tea — which was quite refreshing and unique. Sadly, I still got the regular cup, not the golden one 😄 But overall, it was a satisfying meal.

Drove 30 minutes for the specific location, they got my order wrong the first time so I corrected them because they wanted to charge me more. When I got home they still got my order wrong.. So disappointed 😞

Put my name wrong and was really rude and an attitude towards me! And also forgot to say my pleasure, I got home and I looked at my Order and it was wrong! And forgot to put my French fries on It! But overall food was good bad experience I’ve ever had!!!!

Drive through line was long, the sign of a good place to stop. I went into the restaurant and placed a to-go order. The coffee was excellent as were the chicken biscuits.
I used to speak highly of this chick fil a. Although as of recent especially the last 2-3 years the quality of service and orders have dropped tremendously. Almost equal to the McDonald's across the street if im being honest. The amount times i been served cold or poorly made food is insane. Seems like the only time good to come here is from 6am-12pm after that downhill.I dont know who was running things before but bring them backkk please.

Even though the food is always great here the last few times I've been through the service at drive-thru has been absolutely horrible and now today I just went through the girl is running both sides of the drive-thru by herself while the other two girls are on the other side talking with the people at the at the food pick up area it took almost 12 minutes to get through the drive-thru today then they gave me one napkin and no straws even though I got a drink and a milkshake and then when I asked for more napkins and more straws the guy got an attitude with me and then I'll look in the bag and I have one pack of mayonnaise and one dipping sauce for 4 count nuggets it's like they're becoming McDonald's and by the time I realize that I'm already back at work so this is how you think you're saving money you're about to lose a customer
Update I went back today just to give him another shot worst service now than before The person taking the credit card just stares at you then say anything just handed one person took my order another person took my payment he just holds out the machine and stairs at you The rude girl running the drive-thru told me I was parked in the wrong spot and if I couldn't park up there I need the with an attitude I get one napkin I get one dressing and the chicken on my salad is just cutting strip so it looks like they just put chicken fingers on there instead of actually doing what they're supposed to do I really think the owner needs to go undercover as a customer here and watch the service If they think this is what Chick-fil-A's all about

Service is always top tier whether dining in or grabbing drive thru. I stop by here a few times a month for food for my daughters and I when I have late nights at work and need a quick dinner option! I had a less than ideal experience at a different location this morning and stopped by here afterwards after an exam I had, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was amazing. Thankful to have a great location close to home. Cudos to this location and staff at all levels.
