We ordered a strawberry Fanta frosty and the guy there said they can make it, right so he repeated back to us put it on their touch screen what ever they have in their hands, and then the next worker said the same ordered back to us right. We get our food but no strawberry Fanta frost ?. Why tell us you can make it but yet give us a regular strawberry soda ? I'm just so done with these darn restaurants can't even make a drink or the darn food right.????

Thee worst location in America!!! Poor customer svc as always. This morning I received an eye roll for requesting to pull up to the menu and a rude "what can I get you?" ---is this a real Chickfila??? Upgrade your staff, hire quality people! I've been visiting this location for 1 year, I've NEVER heard My pleasure! Never! The food is never fresh, menu items do not taste like other locations, fries are consistently old, service feels like Burger King. Entire staff should be replaced!

Ordered chicken noodle soup and when I got home I found a lady bug in my soup. No refund or any help issued from store. I would advise to check food or eat somewhere else. Seems they didn’t care.
