For some reason the food at this location is always extra salty. Chips were super salty and stale. Chicken was so salty couldn't finish it :(.

The place is dirty, food is edible. The wors part
was the absolutely horrible service. Unfriendly, and I was absolutely stunned at the reaction when I asked if they did veterans discount. I was met with a snarky and brusk “NO”. That same employee was too busy on her phone to answer questions in non-combatative way. You dont want to give
military discounts fine, but done give an attitude when asked a simple question.

Apparently I can’t order a cheese quesadilla unless I do it online. There was NO LINE, nobody was in front of me, nobody was behind me. Just a bunch of staff doing nothing but shrugging their shoulders. Fix that.

After paying $15 for a bowl, i was extremely disappointed to find this piece of hair stuck in my braces. Luckily i didn’t eat that much of it but this definitely made me spit the food out immediately and throw the whole bowl away. I understand things happen but I’m big on germs/hygiene things and this literally made me want to vomit. I’m getting my money back and I’m done with Chipotle for good now.

I paid for guac for two burrito bowls, but neither bowl had any guac. I also ordered half chicken and half beef brisket, but there was no beef brisket, and the amount of chicken was very small. Horrible experience! I will never order from this location again.

This is my second time visiting this location. I work in the forum so this location is convenient however they are so rude not friendly at all. They need whoever train Chic-fila staff need to train this location. It's so sad you spend your money supporting businesses but you get horrible service if we don't visit no one will have a job.

Busy Chipotle. Was disappointed on food quality and it wasn't made to my order. Disappointed, but it was obvious that the person making/packing the food was extremely busy. Quality of meat wasn't good as it was burnt. Guac had too much salt.

As someone with experience in the restaurant industry, I understand the importance of managing food costs. However, the portion sizes at this Chipotle are disappointing. I paid an additional $6 for “extra steak,” but the initial serving was so small it wouldn’t even satisfy a toddler. This kind of stinginess is frustrating and has driven a loyal customer away. I just paid about $17 for what should’ve been considered a regular portion bowl. This has definitely not been the first time this happens here at this location. Chipotle is trying to save pennies while losing dollars. How disappointing!
