They are so stingy with the chicken portion compared to QDOBA or CAVA. You pretty much have to pay for double chicken to feel satiated every time. Chipotle gotta do better.

Waited for a pick-up order for 10 minutes. There was 1 person being checked out and no one else in line. Then the lady takes the next person.I continue to wait. She then asks her co-worker to help with the carry-out orders.Turns out someone else picked it up! Has she helped me initially, I could have left.

I went in this past Tuesday and had a great experience. The manager and workers were very professional. Customer service was at its best and the store was very clean. Most of all our food was great! They had everything on board, gauc, queso, fresh beans, meat and fajitas! Two thumbs up and5 stars all the way!
This is the worst order I've ever had. Chicken and steak burnt and dried out. Tried submitting complaint in the app but it was unsuccessful. Can't get through on the phone

I came in tonight a little after 9:30 and ordered a bowl and the rice was uncooked I tried to call about this matter 20 minutes before closing and unfortunately no one answered the phone like how are serving uncooked brown

Unfortunately, we’re very diss appointed with this location. The meat was dried and tough to chew. The rice was uncooked. Service at the cashier and online pick up wasn’t the best compared to other locations I been to. I’ll be avoiding this location until things improve again.
