I'm finally writing a review on a place that I supported for many years..Not only have prices increase the quality of food has COMPLETELY GONE DOWN.... And salty.I also think they are up charging people extra!! I brought my husband who was from Dominican Republic who said the food was trash .... I would probably go to Versace down the way...

Dirty place. Had paper in my food. Contacted them for a refund. And the claim I didn't buy the food there. I have the receipt and everything. Nasty place. Stay away.

The staff was so kind and friendly they made us feel like I we were home. The food was great and authentic Dominican. The portions were more than enough. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try DR food or is home sick.

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. We went here to have lunch. There are supposed to be lunch specials. There were no prices anywhere. I asked for two pieces extra of oxtail and was charged instead a whole other order. My husband asked for goat and mashed plantains and his order was supposed to come with rice and beans as well and it didn't. They charged him extra for the mashed plantain side as well. They did not specify any of the prices and once we were done eating we were given the receipt of $60. So my lunch plate was $16 and then another $10 for two added pieces of oxtail. I'm total a lunch special was $26. The oxtails were not even tender it was very tough, the goat as well. My daughter's steak was very tough. We didn't send the food back because we don't like to do that. I used to come here all the time. I am very disappointed in the pricing and food taste. When I questioned the lady about the extra oxtail charge she said oxtail is expensive. I said but for two pieces you charged me a whole extra order. She said nothing else. They are robbing people their money. Stay far away!!!

I miss new York so much and being Puerto Rican I miss Spanish food. Although this cuisine is Dominican, it gives me authentic vibes. The people are nice and I've visited the location as well as gotten food ordered. I am always pleased. I am thinking of going tomorrow in fact. The prices are good and portions are amazing. I love to get a variety and when I leave I always get a to go plate

Idk I might be buggin, or went on a day that they were off but the red beans tasted like bitter coffee beans like they boiled the water in a coffee pot and the poured the water in. The rice was good, the chicken wasn't hittin like it does in Brooklyn if those are your standards. I'll try it again to raise my rating

The food is delicious and the staff super sweet. They will treat and feed you right. If you need Dominican food in your life like I do then do yourself a favor and go here. I'm dreaming of going back.

This reminds of my culture that I come from Growing up in NY I had a few best friends and one was Puerto Rican and another Dominican . I couldn't eat anything in their household without learning how to say it in their native tongue . I learned Spanish that way I also learned to love the food . I live in south atlanta and o drive all the way here to get the taste I crave of my home in NY . They cook it just as good as I'm accustomed to . Great prices and excellent service . I would work in trying other things on the menu but I have fall in love with the same dish all the time . They have a dimly lit area but the light shines on the food and in your stomach . Please if you haven't had any Dominican food before please try this spot , You won't be disappointed.

Went for a later lunch on a Friday afternoon. Good authentic Dominican food. May be difficult for nonspeaking Spanish people to order but they have food on the warmers you can choose from & a full menu. They have English speaking waitress you just have to grab them. Friday & Saturday nights it turns into a lounge/disco type of place. Didn't give it 5 stars because it was hard to locate my waitress when we were ready to leave & it was really hot, turn down the AC.

I was invited by a couple of Colombian's friends to come try this restaurant in this area and we've got few takes-outs as we we've eaten here. I really liked it, it's kinda dark during the day, but the food was soo delicious, everything was great. If you like this type of food this restaurant is definitely worth trying out. I'm definitely going back there. Good parking lot, easy location. Good services.
