$12 weekday lunch buffet (~$15 after tax & tips). Can't beat this price nowadays with the amount of varieties they offer! Tons of seafood options and have sushi (basic ones, nothing too fancy) and have hibachi as well. Great place and will recommend!

Quality has suffered lately. Food just isn't as good as it was. They are adding more filler to the sushi, and the quality of the sushi has gone downhill. You can try the hibachi - but be warned that sometimes whoever is making it just grabs whatever sauce they decide to grab - not what you request. Tonight was the 3rd time I've gotten it and it's been wrong every time.
This place also suffers from lower-quality clientele that suffer from the ability to act right in public. Not a direct fault of the restaurant, but be warned.
We'll be looking for a new Chinese buffet the next time we want that for dinner.
Update: it hasn't gotten any better. Low quality food and staff leads to a half-empty buffet and food left out longer than it should be.

I used to eat here fairly frequently. I doubt I'll ever recommend this place to anyone. This time I came to get a to-go box. The owner rudely explained that the meat will be expensive to go. Upon hearing this, I decided to get just under a half pound of meat, and the rest of my togo box with banana pudding which is pretty heavy. He charged me as if my whole togo box was meat. If you look on the chart and you have a mixed items togo box it's only 7.99/lb. Sifu Boba head charged me full price for meat.

It wasn’t a plan visit. We were hungry and looking for something to eat and saw the Chow Time Grill & Buffet and rest was full of surprises. First the price tag! It was very reasonable. I was also overwhelmed to see that the manager can speak Bengali language fluently. He was very welcoming and friendly.
It is a delightful Chinese buffet that offers a wide array of dishes to satisfy any craving. The restaurant boasts a clean and inviting atmosphere, making it a great spot for a family dinner or a casual outing with friends. The buffet features a diverse selection of Chinese cuisine. Please look at the pictures I have taken after my lunch. I tried to discover taste as much as possible but there was plenty of dishes I couldn’t able to try.
While the food is generally tasty and well-prepared, the quality can sometimes vary. Some dishes may be slightly overcooked or under-seasoned. However, the sheer variety and the opportunity to try something new make up for these minor shortcomings.
The service is efficient and friendly, with staff regularly refilling dishes and clearing tables. The price point is reasonable for an all-you-can-eat buffet, especially considering the extensive menu.
Overall, Chow Time is a solid choice for a satisfying meal. If you're looking for a place to indulge in a variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes, this buffet is worth checking out. I will definitely visit again to explore more food items.

Outside was deceptive. The buffet is large and very tasty. Large building with plenty of room for a crowd. Largest and freshest shrimp I have ever had at a Chinese buffet. Definitely a repeat.
