The worst Chuck E. Cheese in history. I spent $40 on a card for their games to shut down 5 minutes later and they wouldn’t give me a refund or let my kids play on the trampoline even though I was willing to pay extra. This Chuck E. Cheese robbed me and my kids. Go elsewhere

We had a wonderful Barbie birthday party at this location, I highly suggest that you speak with the party 'manager' vs. a 'party host' versus booking online. There's a lot of disadvantages to the $99 package that can cost you a lot of money in the end, which is what happened to me. Basically ...read the small print !! Management was able to address some of our concerns and issues the week of the party, but just make sure you ask all of your questions regarding decorations, attendees and the location of your party table in plenty of time. And inquire about the amount of time you're allowed to set- up prior to the event. It worked out for us perfectly in the end, but not without extra unnecessary stress and headache. And being a first-time mother-hosting a party at an event facility , I definitely learned a lot. I did like that we were able to bring our own decorations including plates, but they would not allow us to bring cups, I believe this is due to promotional reasons. They will give you the # of cups that match the number of the children attending your, but each additional drink is $4 ($99 package) . Your event is only 2 hours, definitely could have used 3. Be aware that the trampoline is an additional cost and the children have to purchase special socks. We enjoyed our overall experience and my daughter had a blast and at the end of the day that's what matters. ❤️
It’s ok, been 3 times and it’s always packed with crowds for birthday parties. They recently added a small obstacle course area and removed some of the arcade games for that space. More suitable for kids 8 & under, once they start getting older than that it will get o boring very quickly. A lot of the arcade games are broken or don’t work properly. Staff is usually pretty cool, they’re all just young, lol, under the age of 23. Decent if you have a young child and want to burn an hour or so.

Horrible service i purchased the $400 party package, server only went to my table once never again went around . Nothing was working ticket blaster was broke , never received my goody bags until I mentioned it once we was leaving staff ruined my birthday cake and were laughing with each other! Wouldn’t recommend was so excited to having a great time for my sons birthday but was so disappointed!

What overall Chuck e cheese is a home town favorite and my kids always have a great time but only reason why I'm getting Chucky for at this point because the only physical activities that they have in the facility was not able to be explored by most children in the place every child is not actually into the digital games in the little boy and blue blah stuff that you have over there but you know something like a little slide something like that the bubble pit is gone and I mean they could not protect them for some reason or other I don't know if I didn't pay for it or what hard to tell a child that you can't do something and it's right in your face so you know I just think Chucky need to do a little bit better on that part of it and I won't be visiting until things do get better because I won't be bringing my child into a disappointing atmosphere ever again

Love this place. Great customer service. Safe place and well being for the kids. Very clean, and hard working employees. Chuck E Cheese walks around to meet the kids. Definitely recommend. Good food, games and trampoline.
