Very clean. Staff was friendly , only one game as far as I could tell was not working everything else was functioning . Chuckie was going around and entertaining the kids. Everyone had fun.

Its very unfair kids cant play in the tranpolin !!! And its a shame how menbers from chuck e chesse pull and touch infants just to take them out, if there where my children things will be difrenr because i would like to see this girl sam talk amd scream to kids the way she talks to infants.she has is very rude and getto she is not in her hood or talking to big people she needs to learn how to work with infants toddlers and children in genera.my congrats to chrisropher clark hes a very good example on patience this girl should ask for some training from him. They should train there tean better will not recomend this location to no one.

We visited the Chuck e Cheese location over the weekend. We took our son to this location in Norcross. I wanted him to have some fun since the Buford location was permanently closed. Thank God, this one was opened. He had a good time. The only thing I would say was that they need to have more staff working because when we showed up, only one young lady was at the front. She was doing like, 3 different jobs. Some of the tables were dirty. The bathroom was messy. They need to do a better job with cleanliness, but overall, my son had a great time. He played a wide variety of different games so he could score some points and win prizes. It wasn't very crowded, so it was nice to be able to move around without it being too packed.

Haven't been to a Chuck e cheese in years and today reminded me why. Upon arriving they informed us the kitchen was closed because they were to busy and had to many orders so we had to wait 30 min. Once we ordered we waited over 45 minutes for our pizza. We noticed a pizza sitting at the counter, we asked if it was ours and they said no. We waited 10 more minutes to find out that was our pizza and they didn't bother to call our number. Our food was cold. We paid $96 for COLD FOOD! we also spent around $60 for 1 hour play time with a online coupon, then I realized it was about $20 cheaper at kiosk. What a rip off! And there is a small trampoline where it cost $12 extra to jump in.

It's definitely tough to keep all those kids happy but they seem to do a really good job! My boy always enjoys going to this location.

This location surprised me. It’s so much better than the one closer to me. All machines were working. My kids even saw Chuck. We recently got the bronze pass and the times we gone to our closest location, he’s never came out. But this location the kids got to see him. My kids also preferred this location than our closest. The staff seemed very professional especially Rafa. He was very knowledgeable and was so nice and professional. I loved his vibe. For sure will be choosing this location. Better vibes , better machines. Better staff (:

I've been here 5 times, one of those was for my child's bday party. I really like it here: super clean, good food, nice assortment of games that all work. Also, staff is super friendly and customers are from all backgrounds. On hot summer days, this place is perfect. Also, if you have a souvenir cup you get free drinks every visit. One of my favorite things is to get the AYCE salad bar. It has enough choices to feel like you are getting a great deal. One more thing, I really appreciate the trampoline for little kids only. At other jumping places the older kids really make it unsafe doe the little kids... but here, I feel more confident that my child can jump safely.
