I went to church's for the first time in Georgia on 7/8/2025 at 2:35pm through the drive through. I'm from Texas so I haven't had church's in 12 years so I was very excited. When I get there I proceed to attempt to order. While ordering I am continuously interrupted by the women at the window who couldn't seem to complete my order without being rude and disrespectful. In the end I decided not to get food from here for me and my family. I hate that my daughter won't be able to experience the church's I did from childhood. Nor could I trust that a girl that disrespectful and rude to someone she's never met not to spit in my food.

Ordered on the app. Walked in, order was waiting, done. Store was clean, very good experience. Will be back.

I ordered food online twice the first time they didn't even know I was paying when they ignored the app and said they could get it. And it ended up being over 20 minutes ... The second time we also ordered food online 30 minutes before and arrived unasked until we waited in line for 15 minutes and waited 2 times 8 minutes more ... until we finished writing this feedback still did not receive food we chose for nearly an hour for fast food according to me is too long time to give it.

drove 30 minutes to get to churchs and placed a online pickup order 30 minutes before and when i got there they havent even started so then it took another 10 minutes for someone to come up to me and i was repeatedly asking where my order was and then when the FINALLY started the order took another 20 minutes for 3 THINGS. ONLY 3. plus they took their sweet time to make my order, finally got my food and the wrap was literally unwrapped its like they didnt even try. worst one ive ever been at.

Be weary about this location. They are serving RAW chicken. Will not eat Churches Chicken again. I pray none of us gets sick.

Been here a few times and never had any issues. Honestly out of all the chains I've been to, they have the best biscuits and the chicken was fresh and didn't have that burnt grease flavor like most.
