Ordered 2 $19.99 family deals. The chicken was old, I ordered spicy and they gave me regular they left items out of my meal deals twice. They never gave me hot sauce even though they said it was in the bag. They put the wrong kind of chicken in the order. They were supposed to be thighs and legs and instead we got breasts and legs. I’m from out of town so I didn’t go back but I paid entirely too much to get poor service and to have nearly everything in my order wrong.

Wrong flavor, it’s my second time ordering online and they gave me original chicken again. I love the spicy chicken but this can not be happening over and over when we order online.

Had to take my food back chicken was old and look like it been sitting there all day the service was awful the worker at the counter had a very bad attitude with customers so they need to fire they daytime shift and hire people with good attitude

The chicken was rubbery and flavorless, the biscuit were drowned in honey to cover the hard biscuit

No one picks up the phone. I’ve tried calling in for questions and possibly order. Multiple calls throughout the day and at various points once I’ve called a few times in a row, it immediately sends me to voicemail until I try again in a few minutes.

I ordered on UberEats and twice in a row they got my order wrong. They need to fully read these receipts before sending food out. I paid for extra food that I never received.

In all my years of enjoying Church’s Chicken I have never received the poor customer service that I received today. I was the only person in line, inside, for approximately 6 minutes. No one even acknowledged my presence. Another customer walked in 6 minutes later and Maria proceeded to have a full conversation with that customer, still not even acknowledging me. After 9 minutes she asked “What do you want to order?”. I ordered a 3pcs mixed. She began to ring me up for a 3pc white and I advised that was in I to which she replied “I got you”. After I she finished ringing me up I again advised her that she was incorrectly charging me and then she rolled her eyes, voided the order and correctly charged me for a 3pc mixed. The food was delicious but because of the customer service I won’t return.
