They never have what I want available. This time I got chicken that wasn't marinated. It had a funky bone coming from the chicken breast. The wings are never like Churches wings where you get a chunk of breast meat with it. The only good thing is the honey biscuits.

This is always a great meal... even though the size of the chicken pieces have shrunk (Thanks Uncle Jo). The restaurant in Norcross could be a little cleaner, but it's not terrible. A good place to eat!

Customer service was horrible. My dasher waited over 30 min for my order and was being completely ignored. Drive through customers was being taken care of before my dasher. People who walked in was taken care of also. I called location and no one picked up. What was the issue? Never again
I was there on Jan 9, 2024. I got special day.. 8 pieces at $8.. I was wondering why I paid only $8 and asked, and they said Today is special day.. what I mean is, even though I dont get special day, the chickens are much more better than any other places. I love the place, service, and time. My daughter like the chickens only in this place. More than 5 Stars.
