What an amazing staff ! Dee, the GM, is the absolute best ! We came in on labor day, and the resteraunt was running like a well oiled machine. Our server, Avery, gave outstanding service. Our drinks were always full,and his attitude was great! We will be back to thus location, specifically because of Dee and Avery !

So we have been waiting an hour to be seated with a party of 7 meanwhile back at the ranch!! Almost everyone has been seated instead of our party. This is completely un acceptable… this store really needs to fix this I was not going to write a review but due to the lack of empathy that they have there I will not be coming back here. Whoever is the owner or the district manager needs to fix this…. I have work in food and hospitality and there should be no reason why a party of 7 should have to wait this long when u sit two parties of four several times. Use your brain and put two seats together . This is wild and I am extremely livid about this

Ordered food, pancakes came out hot as well as my impossible sausage. Eggs and casserole was cold. Let server know, before I could let him know to bring me a side plate for the hot items he snatched the plate and walked off. I waved for a manager asked for my check and decided it was best to leave. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Called to place a to go order and was waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes! No one ever came back to place my order and didn't care too. They literally forgot that I was holding on the phone and I had to physically come in just to place my order. I get there and hardly no one is here! I go in and they told me pretty much in a nut shell that their catering came first. I’m a customer just like everyone else. Unnaceptable! And no accomodation!

Actually just checking in to see if they had ruined their interior and driven away all their customers yet. It will be a shame when this restaurant chain is gone.

Never going near a Cracker Barrell again. Abandoning the Americana theme for wokeness is appalling. Next the Country Store will be turned into a Spencer's Gifts.

The staff was awesome, very nice, very attentive. The food however is another story. My daughter add country fried steak and mac and cheese and they were both nasty. The gravy for the country fried steak tasted like they burnt the rue and added gasoline to it was really bad. It wasn't even the color it's supposed to be you could tell that the rue had been burned. I don't know about the other food my salad was decent with fried chicken on it. We also had biscuits and they were not good. I would stay away from the country fried steak and gravy.
