This Cracker Barrel location was extremely nice, the food was good. The service by Jonathon was outstanding! You should ask for him as your server if you go.
We went to Cracker Barrel on Thanksgiving Day. The wait was short and the service was good. We ordered Turkey and dressing. The turkey was moist and good tasting. Midway into eating, I felt a hair around my tongue while eating the dressing. I removed the hair from my mouth and it was a long hair. I notified my server about the hair in my food (dressing). She mentioned that another customer had found a hair in their food that week. She made the manager aware of the incident. The manager did not charge me for my meal and I only paid for one entry.
Please be aware that a process has broken down in the kitchen and hair contamination is occurring. This is a serious issue and health codes for preparation, food handling and cleanliness are not being met. Thank-you for your attention to this matter and taking steps to improve food safety at your resturant.

Cracker Barrel in Norcross has always been my favorite breakfast restaurant. This time I had the worst experience with the server, Miss Z, who totally screwed up my order Including giving me a warm glass of water and was rude. Upon checkout, I asked for the manager to make an adjustment to my bill which was grossly overcharged and she told me no. Again, I’m not gonna argue because I love Cracker Barrel so I told her thank you, but may I please have your name and I will take it up with customer relations . To my surprise, and now she’s willing to give me a percentage from my bill. I thanked her and accepted it, but at that point I felt this situation should be reported so that they can have extra training perhaps. Simply because Cracker Barrel is one of the best restaurants, and I’m sure they would not appreciate their staff. Mistreating their customers.
So I say all of that to just say beware, but please continue to patronize and enjoy Cracker Barrel restaurants… They are the best.

The Thanksgiving turkey meal was awful and definitely not worthy of being someone’s special meal.

It appears they weren't ready for the number of customers they had. Service was slow, and food tasted as if they rushed to throw it together. But I hope it was just because it was Thanksgiving night.

Server forgot literally everything(butter, side of gravy, ECT). Was sat and waiting a long time for the server to greet us.was in view of the kitchen where she stood talking to co workers mostly. Thanksgiving menu is limited which is fine but can't swap sides and it was bland this year. I normally love it, this year it was disappointing. It's unfortunate the way the economy has impacted these good restaurants. Staff needs more discipline. As we were leaving, two co workers got into an argument and took it out front trying to fight one another (a female and a male). Please do better CB.

Ten years since my last stop at this Cracker Barrel so maybe it's time for an update.
We arrived here a little late as the Atlanta traffic slowed us down. We spent the night in their parking lot. Yes, Cracker Barrel tolerates RVers overnight with the kind ask that you please buy a meal if you can. As we had already eaten, and we left in the morning before they opened, it will have to be next time! We were not disturbed but this is not a very quiet neighborhood overnight.
Inside, both the men's and women's rest rooms were super clean. And so we bought some candy sticks and a chocolate bar for tomorrow's snack.
Thanks, CB!
