As a regular customer at this location for several months, I have recently experienced profiling over the past month. Typically, I use the mobile app to place my order and provide my name at the speaker. However, over the past month, I have noticed a pause before being asked to pull around, and I have been requested to show my receipt, despite my order not being ready. Two female staff members have been treating me with suspicion, inquiring about my order, which was not the case until my second-to-last visit. During that visit, a young male staff member explained that the store had implemented a new policy to verify receipts due to a scam incident. While this policy is reasonable, I have observed that it is not being applied consistently across all customers, and I have been singled out. As a result, I prefer to drive an extra 10-15 minutes to avoid returning to this location. The profiling I have experienced at this store over the past month is unacceptable.
Do not eat here dooo noooot eaaat HERE! I ordered cheese curds while inside the establisment... one fell on the floor... the man picked it up and threw it in the fry basket.. I told them I did not want the order anymore.

I would like to file a complaint on location 4890 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Norcross, GA 30071. The “Manager” Ashley lied multiple times. She requested to see proof of my purchase when it was placed via mobile order. She said that has always been protocol and then said it just started today then changed it again. I frequent this location and many other locations and have never been asked to prove my purchase via email. What if I did not have a cellular device with me or no service. She refused to cancel the order. Showing proof of just my name “because people can still my credit card” but not actually verifying the order when shown is crazy. Anyone can make an account and say they’re picking up an order for me. Me providing my name should be enough or make it a clear rule in writing. If a scammer made the order then obviously they have proof of the order. She just made this up on the spot. I even place orders and have my husband pick it up and never had an issue. I want a refund and I’ll be sure to never visit DQ again unless it’s own by a franchise that have employees more intelligent than this location (or can at least stick to one lie).

They were very rude here. No one spoke but stood around looking like they were trying to avoid from speaking. I already had to get out of the drive thru line because they couldn’t “understand me”, so I got out and they were still rude.
Well they need to inspect their frozen foods since on the last two visits both boxes of buster bars were apparently thawed and refrozen. Just a poor product in that condition. On the bright side the plain vanilla cone is still delicious. Fix your freezer and toss suspect product!
Closed early ahead of posted hours. Bummer!
Every once in awhile I am craving a dip cone on a hot summer day. This DQ had a quick drive through and as expected dip cone.

Hit and miss place at times but today was bad. Got there around 8:40~ with two cars in front. 2nd car took about 10 minutes to order so we get to ordering area around 8:53~ . They turn on the automated Dairy Queen is closed (we had 7 minutes left)... insult to injury we had to sit there and wait for the cars in front to get their food. In the middle of waiting they turn off all the lights around the store. Even after all this we get to the window right before ten and but the person had hurried and locked the window right after the last car.

No chocolate ice cream! What is it with some Dairy Queens not serving chocolate ice cream? Why even have an ice cream shop? I noped right out of there.

I go here for lunch pretty regularly. They do not listen and mess up my food almost every time! This is the last time no more. Get better workers!
