Ding Tea Norcross

Every single time I come here they are out of boba. I’d understand if it were like 30 minutes before they close but 2 hours before they close is ridiculous. It’s every single time I come. What’s the point of a boba place if they don’t have it? I use to come here often and now come less and less because they always seem to be out. And even through out the day they run out at times like at 5 pm or something. And the boba isn’t always sweet it tastes like chlorine tap water everynow and then it’s just gone down hill. Hope they improve but I honestly doubt it.

The crème brûlée milk tea (30%ice 100%sugar) was really good. The only reason I am not giving 5stars is because when you order a signature drink it doesn’t come with boba you have to add it for additional charge. None of the drinks actually come with boba. Each kind can range from .80-1.20 so you can easily leave spending $10 on a drink after taxes.

The girl with the short bob is so rude. She always has an attitude but today was the worst. Hire happier people, or at least people who aren’t miserable everytime

Great service the girls were very helpful and friendly! The ambience is fun and chill. We played Uno and card games. Took great pics! Will be back!

I use to frequent this location with the previous owners and the drinks were always made correctly. However its hit or miss now. Something always seems to be left off. I go for boba tea because I want boba in my drink. Lay for boba in my drink and they forget to put in the boba. Twice this has happened recently. Ot sure if the employees just dont care or aewnr paying attention. Its super frustrating to get home only to discover its missing something you paid for. So buyer beware. Check your drinks before you leave.

I love the variety and ambiance of this place, it’s a lil expensive tho and when i tried their dubai chocolate it was definitely sitting out for too long ☹️

Great drinks and food, but every question asked to the staff about what’s in the food or drinks were met with “I don’t know”s, which is a cause for concern for me, as I have a number if allergies and dietary restrictions.

Now I love this place, but the young cashiers( off expression and mumbling about my dislike) need to learn to satisfied a cx. My drink was not great, but I could of had a discount or empathy !!! Don't be a ding a ling next time..

My family and I are loyal customers to ding, we go just about every week! The tea is very good quality, although the customer service and perks for loyal customers are subpar as of recent.
I had an incident where I was drinking my boba and realized there was a bracelet charm in my drink, I drove back to ding and all they offered was to reimburse me my 7$ drink… Besides that I love the quality and we continue to go as it is our favorite in the area.
Although another critique I have is for the rewards program where you only get one stamp even if there are 5 drinks to one order, and vice versa if you have one drink you get one stamp, it does not make much sense. In terms of the customer service, I ordered a peach tea and there was an orange slice in it, which I did not order and do not prefer in my drink. I asked the person working if I could have it removed and she said “it’s decor” and went back to making other orders. I understand she was busy but if a customer makes a request to a drink that was paid for, it should be listed to not dismissed. I hope ding is able to make changes to help uphold the quality of their tea and services, as I mentioned this is our favorite boba places but we are a bit disappointed by our experiences as of late.

I ordered drinks here every week! But today i got the drink included the 🧽 inside! I share the drink with my 3 year old kid luckily i got this and taken out! Please 🙏🏻 make sure check the cup after your guys wash them!

Found a piece of metal in one of our milk drink. Be careful of the drinks that’s not see through.
