Horrible customer service

The cashier Hanna always has an attitude, never greets customers when walking in and doesn’t even smile. She gets the order wrong because she is on her phone.

Cute place. I enjoyed my half sugar matcha latte with ube foam.

Great spot for boba! The milk tea was tasty, the boba fresh, and service is quick and friendly.

The black boba was all together sticking with each other, the size of the cup is smaller then before. And too much foam was there.

They have changed their large size cup to very thin, tiny one and also their straws became smaller and shorter where the Boba doesn’t even go through.
I used to always shop from them. They never done that if they continue doing this, I’ll never shop on them anymore.

Liars with their time!!!! They close at 10:30pm! And I came at 10pm! When I enter the chairs were gone the lady was cleaning the restaurant and they said they were close at 10! When they close later, after they said they don’t have any more products to sell. If they are gonna start closing up at 10 then they should move their closing time from 10:30pm to 10pm!!

The place is super cute. The girls who served us were very friendly.

Oreo monster ,taro ocean late, matcha milk The worst thing I've ever bought in my life is more milk than anything else. The cashier, Hannah, is very bad at serving people. The photos make it look nice, but the reality is different. I don't recommend this place

Bad customer service.

Tea is amazing! Customer service is absolutely terrible. The cashier looks at you like you’re stupid. Does not care about informing new customers on how to order. The cashier with blonde hair took our order and threw our cups and started laughing.

Dubai strawberries TERRIBLE. Total waste of money. Kiwi aloe juice has no kiwi or aloe Vera should not be called a juice. Matcha was ok

Aa a dumb white person this place makes it easy for me. Lots of pictures of different drinks and toppings so there no confusion. They have lots of options and everything we had was very good. Would recommend for taste and ease

The remodeling was nice, I love how the decoration resemble Hội An. I’ve been to this Ding Tea before the store remodeling. I’ve never have any issues or bad experiences with the drinks and the customer service (they were so nice). However, recently after the remodeling I came back and start to have bad experiences. The worker/cashier have an attitude (no smiling) most of the time we visit. The first time I didn’t mind because I thought she might have a rough day, so I understand. The next time we came in.. same attitude, even when I smile she didn’t smile back whatsoever. I have bad experiences with two female workers here. Ps: Doesn’t matter how good the drinks are, if the customer service is bad it will override everything. There is no need to bring us the negativity and make us feel like we begging for drinks. If the owner see this please address these with your workers because if not your store will lose customers.
