So far so good it’s been pleasant experience each time I have gone back a couple times so it must be good. I wouldn’t say it’s the best but it definitely hits the spot. I would definitely do a little updating. It could be a very cool spot with a lot more business I think super cute spot. tons and tons of potential.

Other locations are great but this business is so cheap, they only have one size even though other locations have two. I didn’t want to give my kids such huge sizes so I asked if they can split it into two cups and the refused, they write in bold letters at the register “ALL SALES FINAL”, this place just screams cheap. The flavor was also really off and doesn’t taste like it supposed to, super disappointed.

BAD SERVICE asked for double golden boba. I even double check with the cashier guys who is nice and kindly. But it turned out not double , so i asked the girl that this drink supposed to be double boba the cashier guys also said that was his fault, and somehow it didn't printed on the lable.She redo my drink then ask me "is this much ok ? " With such an attitude like I'm taking advantage of them. While I don't mind paying, the lack of customer service left me dissatisfied. I asked to pay again just to let her know my displeasure with her demeanor. Improvements in service and attitude are much needed.

The last two times I ordered a mango milk tea with lychee jelly and black boba and both of those times they didn't add the lychee jelly I had to go back and make them fix my order. And this time i asked for no ice and they had gave me ice. I do not recommend this place.

the boba here was very soft and chewy which is always the best and the worker helped me fix my sweetness on my tea. He gave me a sample of the sweetness to see if I liked it and this was the best service I have ever had in Atlanta. The store itself is also lit up and decorated well.
My number 1 choice for boba! They rarely get my order wrong and all the staff are sweet and respectful! I love how consistent this boba shop is, compared to others. And best of all, it’s located close to where I live!

Used to be better. Boy is 100 % ice a lot of ice. I never got that much ice at other places, even with 100% ice. It makes a big difference when you get $40 worth of tea with $25 worth of ice. And they ask for tips on top of that. Super sticky floor too… like someone spilled a bunch of syrup and not cleaned up well.They hand your tea to you without any eye contact too.
Great drinks though the place is not very crowded.
