Never had an issue with this location. Until now. I put in delivery order at 9:30pm Aug.16, tracked order and seen it came out the oven at 9:52pm. My family did not receive the order until 12:30am on Aug.17; that was 30 minutes before the store closed. When the driver got here the food was cold. We didn't even touch one slice of it. Sending people cold food makes NO SENSE! My family had already gone to bed assuming there would be no delivery, after making several attempts to call the store earlier with no answer. So, the late delivery was an inconvenience and this was TERRIBLE customer service! If the order was going to be late they could of remade the order before delivering or called to say they can't deliver and give us a refund. This was RIDICULOUS! I hope this store take this feedback into consideration.

Food nasty and the customer service is nastier. I walk in and not a peep but they all look at me like I’m a burden. 3 GROWN EMPLOYED ADULTS. All rude. 2 white girls and one brown skin boy I couldn’t tell what he was. I am a black woman and race isn’t important but I will mention it to paint the picture and for them to be identifiable for the manager who reads this. Stand there for a few minutes and then finally decided I need to check if I am invisible by speaking first and asking for my pick up order that is ready as I am looking at it. The young brown skin boy rolls his eyes and grabs my food. I open the boxes to the dryest and non cheesy looking pizza and cheesy bread I have ever seen. Parts of the pizza is straight up cooked dough no sauce or cheese. I ask him if he is the manger and ask for a garlic sauce because the pizza is terribly dry. He says as long as you paid for it so I let him know he can take the pizza and give me back my cash because all I’m asking is for a garlic sauce for this nasty looking food and he rolls his eyes again and breathes deep and gets the sauce. I wish I gave it back because it was disgusting my kid ate one slice and didn’t want anymore when usually they’d eat atleast 2 or 3 slices. The cheesy bread had no cheese inside or out but I had already ordered marinara sauce for it so I accepted it but honestly I want the workers to undergo training or be fired because I was a Manager at dominos years ago and nothing I was taught was displayed in that store tonight. I am truly disgusted! Also I ordered half and half and the toppings only made it to two slices 🫠 never again couldn’t pay me to go to this location.

My family is addicted to cheesy bread, this is the best and most consistent dominoes ever, we actually drive 20 mi out of our way to go to this Domino's rather than the one by our house because one of the assistant managers is so rude. But the food's always great and the service is always prompt they usually get your order correct and they're just some nice people.

Kid-friendliness: They don't have a dining room but the food is great.
My son walked down to order himself his favorite pizza and was 1 cent, yes just 1 cent short. The staff refused to serve him !!! Absolutely disgraceful, how many times do people leave their small change there. Luckily someone in an adjacent shop gave my son the 1 cent he needed to buy his pizza. Hope the manager sees this post, you guys should all be ashamed of yourselves serioulsy.

Ordered curb side delivery on a Friday night. The app said “completed” while we waited for 5 more minutes. Watched someone come back with food into the store - they had given it to the wrong person and there is no way they confused the name. Missing sauces as well. There was no recognition by the employee of making a mistake. Just carelessness and no interest in getting it right.

I’ve come to this location on multiple occasions and never had any problems until today. I ordered 2 pizzas both with sausage and bacon, there were LITERALLY 7-9 pieces on crumble sausage on my pizzas. They didn’t open and show it to me but I assumed it’d be correct, I came home with pizza that just had cheese and 7-8 sausage pieces. I tried to call customer service for a refund but they are closed in the weekends. DONT come here they don’t care about the food at all. I still had to feed my family so I don’t even have a photo but I wish I did so yall could see this!
