Horrible Service, placed online order try to call store because it doesn't give the option to change out meat i was on hold for 25 minutes No one came to phone and when I did call back a RUDE DRIVER ANSWER THE PHONE kept going back and forth with me after I asked to speak with manager.she kept telling me how busy they were and they cant come to the phone SMDH. The manager NEVER CAME TO THE PHONE. My guy went up there cause after checking online it was ready while I'M on the phone with him the DRIVER at this point is trying to be nice to him and also giving him a different rundown of what happened. I really don't understand why Domino is still open they NEVER have any help can't never reach them when u need them. Give it up all ready and close the door. Never ordering from here again

Woman at counter was so nice! Had never ordered from dominos in USA but she was so friendly and helped me out. We were so hungry and the pizza was steaming hot and delicious

I placed an online order, and the manager accepted it, but I Never received my pizza!!!!
I called, but there was no answer. I am pissed out of money and still hungry plus waiting for two hours!!!! This is one of the most inhuman disgusting things anyone can do to someone

I order from this location often but tonight was such a poor customer service experience that it will be my last. Part of my order was the cinnamon twist. I ordered the included icing and one extra. Instead I received two mango haberno dips. I called the store immediately upon delivery and was told they would send them right out. An hour later I called again and they said the driver was a few minutes away. About 40 minutes later I called back and was on hold for 16 minutes before someone answered. When someone finally answered they kept deferring back to their manager who I asked to speak with instead of passing information back and forth. Instead they continued passing messages. I was only asking for the $6.79 cinnamon twist and $0.79 dip to be refunded because I don’t want them without the dip. I even offered to drive them back to the store- which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. That was refused because I received them. The manager “Cara” (not sure if that’s spelled correctly or if that her name could be Carla Karla, Kera who knows because she was short and rude) finally got on the phone. She has ZERO customer service skills, hopefully her management reviews her behavior and reevaluates her position because she is not fit to lead a team or lead by example.

This the worst experience I never have with this location and after calling the store after 30 min wait I always order the some thing old the time and I was praying my order will be correct this time and repeated 3 time to the order taker still come wrong my wife can’t here pizza mine was correct but here was wrong after calling and speaking with the manager she keep confirming that was my fault ordering what I received even when I insisted to check my previous orders i always order the same thing ,,
Listen I’m in the food business as customer and when someone called with issue you have to make sure your resolve the issue not hang out on the phone like the manager in dominos did 1560 Indian trail Lilburn Nw GA ste 116 norcross Ga 30093
If you are business owner and read this make you wonder why you sales or service is not great you should consider to look at the managers that run the business
I promise will never order or recommend this location really poor quality service even quality

delivery toolk 50 min - was late, the guy was quite pissed that he only got 5$ tip for coming late and beeing unfriendly.
The pizza was ordered without feta / came with feta.

I ask for a well done and for some reason they can't never cut the pizza. All the way tbro, I'm learning how to come home. And get a knife to finish cutting the pizza that day. Supposed to be cut after come out the oven.

This is the 2nd time I ordered from this store and the driver drives pass my house turning my delivery time from 12 min to 22 min. It doesn't make any sense. Im sitting here watching my family's food get further away!!!!
