I order a pizzas one hrs in half and I have not gotten I call 23 mnts and still in hold I want to cancel and get my refund this Domino's its been like this since 2 yrs I just thought this time it was going to be better but I see it has not changed ?

Believe the reviews. Pizza raw, toppings and cheese slipped all over. They clearly don’t care either, so I’ll call dominos customer service and deal with them.

Pizza was underdone and not cut evenly. Wings had literal human hairs embedded. Wait time wasn't horrible but we were asked to go get the pizza downstairs/ outside

The worst experience ever.I asked for delivery , i waited 1 hour and 30 minutes, for a personal pizza and it never arrived .The guy on the phone said they only have 2 delivery drivers rude !!!.I had to come pick the pizza up , and i had to wait again .I don’t recommend this Domino’s pizza to anybody , just the worst . Will never come back .Waste of time ..

Somehow they forgot cheese on a extra large extra cheese pizza :/.had to wait an extra 25+ mins after ordering online.I am glad I had carry out found out they can use some pest control,my advice is a good look at the pizza before biting.

If I could leave zero star I would. I order a pizza last night around 6:30 and heard not back from the store. I called domino’s I was told they are understaffed and the order might take a while. Cool I understand. Then two hours later and nothing. I called multiple time to cancel my order and no one would pick up. I called this afternoon to get my refund and was told by Tony that Valentin or Valeria delivered my food yesterday. How I was home all day and no pizza on my plate. Tony told me he was going to send the food out today. Baby I don’t want it anymore. Run me my money. Tony has zero customer service. I will not be ordering online anymore.
Bad custumer service got mad cause i return a slopy and soggy pizza and insted of making another one they say they count do nothing that thats the way it comes

Does this location not cook the food all the way. This is the second time I have ordered something to eat from this place and threw up 10mins after eating the food. I haven't eaten today and I eat 2 slices of pizza and threw almost immediately. I'm not going to eat any of the rest of the food I ordered and I will not be ordering from this place again!!The driver was nice!

I place my delivery order at 11:33 am, the estimated time online stated it would be from 27-37 minutes for the delivery, I did not receive my food until 12:50 pm. I understand you are busy but do not say a certain time if you guys can't accomplish it.
