Spent nearly $100 for a single birthday cake placed a week in advance just to have it done horribly, tried getting a refund and even offered to just get half of my money back after arguing back and forth. They told me exactly that they could only give me $15 back. For a 100 dollar cake, they had a week to do right.

kinda ridiculous the amount they charge and from what I see and experienced they don’t put any effort into their work and could careless how they are giving the cake… this was one of the most simplest cakes they could’ve done and still managed to mess it up and not even offer a refund. How are u so comfortable seeing this and still giving it to me? TERRIBLE.

This bakery is OK but the prices are too high, are too expensive, I paid for a cake 55 dollars,
My in-law ordered a cake from this place and they put the wrong name on the cake. Upon pick up they still charged full price for the inconvenience. Also the original price quoated was not what was charged at the end. He paid over $100 for a really small cake.. He ordered tres leches. Which the top part was beyond dry . Not a single drop of tres leches was added. The bottom layer was so socked that it dripped everywhere and it got stuck to the bottom of the box. They lost my in laws as clients.

After many years of stopping my to get the occasional treat, I will never be going back. Especially after my mother passed away. But 4 years later? What happened?!?! I bought 4 little cakes and the jelly fruit. During brunch today, the rating from 1-10. A sold 3. And I spent $43. Even worse, I feel sick. Nauseous. What a total waste. The snippy little bit who randomly me up? Useless with a crap attitude. I’m so disappointed
If you have been to Dulces Suenos bakery near downtown Norcross, do put it on your list when wanting to purchase something different AND very good! Nice folks manning the bakery I was told that all bakery items are made ‘in house’ It’s on the corner of Buford Highway and Langford
