Asked for my usual order that i ordered at every other dunkin but received a drink that just taste like milk. I order this drink almost every other day and know what it’s supposed to taste like and it’s not this. If i paid for extra syrup i should be able to taste it. Also asked for light ice and they didn’t do that. It also was not even filled to the top! If i wanted a large cup of milk i would have asked for it.

Order a coffee with two extra shots got nothing but a large cup of milk, even after asking twice to make sure that the order was correct. They still insured me that they had the right amount of shots in the cup. This is an order I get every time I go to Dunkin and this is the only place that can’t seem to get it right. Definitely not four shots in this cup.

The coffee here is amazing! The young lady at the counter added creamer and flavor for me several times because I am really picky about the taste. The rest of the staff was also really nice! They knew the customer names that were coming to get their morning coffee. Sometimes, they had the order ready before it was ordered. It was very old school. I'll definitely be back here!

Rushed all the way across town and got here 15 minutes before they closed. I waited at the box for 5 minutes and drove to the window and the guy closed the store early and was ignoring me at the window. I’ll never come here again. The whole building looks like trash. Go somewhere else before you get sick.

I ordered a drink at the drive-thru, but it had way too much milk. As a result, I was not satisfied with the taste. I politely asked if I could get another one, but they refused to remake it since I had already tasted it. I was puzzled as to why it was so difficult to remake the drink or find a solution, especially since I had already paid for it. I then asked for a refund, but they also denied that request, stating they didn’t want to waste the drink. The whole experience was quite strange, as they clearly did not understand the principles of customer service and were unwilling to help in any way. They told me I would either have to keep the drink or purchase another one

Worse dunkin! My daughter got a drink which they made wrong and they started blaming us for the wrong order. A guy there name Sam (old indian guy) is very very rude. He didn't even make the drink right and told us he isn't going to fix it. Other co worker name Jose which was nice enough to make another one for her. He was trying to stop Jose on making another drink and started yelling at him in front of everyone. Wouldn't recommend this place. Made an complain with corporate office.

I hate to say that there is an Indian old man his name is Sam from Mumbai, Indian. He was very inpatient, angry and he was very rude, because of like this people no one wants to visit such place again.. Manager should take care of this..
Lady who was taking order was very rude at the very start before I even said anything through drive-thru even if early in the morning you have to hold up a level of hospitality

I’m not sure why so many other reviews say that the customer service here is lacking when I’ve experienced nothing but the opposite. In fact, I’ve always found the customer service here to be top-notch, with the employees greeting us when we walk in and the drinks/food being prepared quickly and efficiently. The store is always clean and the combination of both a Dunkin and a Baskin Robbin’s is ideal for bringing the kids along.
