I’m not sure why so many other reviews say that the customer service here is lacking when I’ve experienced nothing but the opposite. In fact, I’ve always found the customer service here to be top-notch, with the employees greeting us when we walk in and the drinks/food being prepared quickly and efficiently. The store is always clean and the combination of both a Dunkin and a Baskin Robbin’s is ideal for bringing the kids along.
It was open late, I ordered a few items only one type of donut was out but that wasn’t a problem for me. Service was friendly, food was fresh, and I was happy that this location was open late

I hate to say that there is an Indian old man his name is Sam from Mumbai, Indian. He was very inpatient, angry and he was very rude, because of like this people no one wants to visit such place again..
Manager should take care of this..
