I always order mobile order. They usually make my coffee perfectly but they have old doughnuts that are hard. Today I paid for a large shaken espresso with 6 Carmel 6 cane sugar.. it has neither. I’m so done spending money here.

To whoever is making my Avocado toast in the mornings I PRAY NOTHING BUT LONG LIFE AND PROSPERITY because the service isn’t just fast they ladies are very efficient when it comes to getting things done right, I’m sorry for everyone else who’s had an unpleasant experience but as for me. I’ll continue to give them my business!

To start off with, I’m just a simple guy who likes ice coffee, When I come for a ice coffee at this specific Location. I always get the same results of my sugar on the bottom of the cup. I go to other DD’s and I never get it this way. And yes I asked for cream and sugar. but not sugar on the bottom like if it was whip cream on top. I’m not enjoying my ice coffee. It’s a Friday too…

The food quality is horrible. My biscuit tasted like straight flour with no moisture to it just dry. This is very saddening because the coffee is always amazing. Please get better food quality.

There’s many Dunkin franchises in Atlanta area, this is easily one of the worst. Theres always something wrong with the food. The creamer has caused extreme stomach pains a few times. Sometimes the sandwiches come so greasy it’s like a sponge full of oil. This location is close to where I live. I don’t know what’s going on in there but yeah I wish it was better.

Ordered through the app, breakfast wrap & loaded hashbrowns & a free side hashbrown. The queso was cold in the loaded as in no heat on it, couldn't eat it. The hashbrowns were a little crunchy as in hard to chew. This was suppose to be my breakfast before class, now I gotta find something else to eat.

Ordered ahead of time during non-busy hours. Arrived to no preparation. Elderly Indian employee: Disgruntled, Careless Unapologetic, Lazy, Incompetent

The worst DD in Norcross. They literally can’t do the most simplest thing. I ask for extra sugar and they give me extra creamer EVERY TIME.
