I come here every single Sunday for donuts for my friends at work.. the they are awesome
Ordered through the app, breakfast wrap & loaded hashbrowns & a free side hashbrown. The queso was cold in the loaded as in no heat on it, couldn't eat it. The hashbrowns were a little crunchy as in hard to chew. This was suppose to be my breakfast before class, now I gotta find something else to eat.
Ordered ahead of time during non-busy hours. Arrived to no preparation. Elderly Indian employee: Disgruntled, Careless Unapologetic, Lazy, Incompetent
The worst DD in Norcross. They literally can’t do the most simplest thing. I ask for extra sugar and they give me extra creamer EVERY TIME.

Pulled up at exactly 9:45 PM to find the manager, sitting in a booth, flirting with a young female employee. I went to the drive-through and ordered a sandwich and they told me the kitchen was closed. So I asked her what the point was of being open until 10 and she did not answer and turned off the speaker.
Ordered a shakin espresso with no ice and they give me only half a cup of drink. When I made him aware he says “unfortunately it’s due to limited supply”. Then when I ask for a refund he says “let me fill it for you” then comes back with a watered down version of what I had. Terrible experience. I have been having to deal with this at multiple Dunkin’s. They want to charge us full price but just give us a cup full of ice instead.. highly don’t recommend going to dunkin anymore.
I have been going there for years almost everyday so it’s really unfortunate that I have to come do this to begin with.
You ask them for coffee with sugar and they don't even add it.

My wife and I came to this place to grab some donuts for our sons school today and the guy working the register didn’t know how to run your own gift cards… Because of his lack of training so we ended up having to pay out of pocket. The gentleman also barely spoke englosh making it extremely hard to translate that these cards were brand new and good to go (we activated them and checked the balance before arrival). It is pretty obvious that your staff has not been trained how to run gift cards and unfortunately we did not have time to speak to a manager this morning to get the issue resolved. The whole experience was just terrible. Thanks for nothing.

the employees and customer service is absolutely horrible , i waited for more than 30 min just for someone to take my order and when someone finally came to take it he got distracted with someone else’s order in the middle of taking mine , this shit is a joke 😂

Very bad service and I've been there several times and sometimes they tell me to wait for my order in the parking lot and they give it to everyone else who passed after me and in the end they give me my order already 3 times and they do the same thing to be honest. I prefer to spend somewhere else
