Came January 10 at 3:15 they took FOREVER to take my order and it was before a long shift at work too I needed that coffee but they took so long I had to leave before I was late for work. Someone needs to do something about this location

Every Saturday they will make you sit at the drive-thru for at least 15 to 20 minutes and when I pulled around to the window to see why it was taking so long, everything seemed to be so funny and I want to be clear the crew. The rest of the day is fine. It's actually just the two Spanish girls early in the morning on Saturdays

I love Dunkin. But this Dunkin is the WORST one I have ever been to.
COFFEE - always just tastes wrong, burnt, watery, etc or isn’t made correctly.
FOOD - Items get left out, wrong all the time.
HOURS - Ordered on the app a full hour before they closed, went the location. Open sign was still on but no one was in the store/lights off. But orders still coming through (see video) I NEED A REFUND.

Absolute worst DD I have ever been to. Ordered and repeated order 2x and was repeated back correctly. I was handed something that I clearly did not order. They used the same cup and gave me something else again. No awareness and lazy.

Often times food is burnt and if it’s supposed to have a sauce they skimp like crazy. It’s like you still eat it because you need food and it’s not terrible, but definitely not like it should be.
