Dunkin'

ordered food through the drive thru, and there was a line but it’s to be expected on a sunday afternoon. my husband told the young lady he had a reward, but was still charged/reward not applied. my hasbrowns were still cold in the middle, and avocado toast was not toasted. my husband said his croissant sandwich tasted like the sausage came out of old tap water. i will never return to this particular location.

Everything at this dunkin is amazing the service is fast and friendly, and the drinks are even better! The iced coffee, lattes, and refreshers are always made just right. This location is super clean, well-run, and the staff really go above and beyond. If you’re in Indian Trail, you have to stop by. Highly recommend it to everyone☺️☺️🫶

This place is a disaster. Nothing ever works, from the drive thru to the register. They'll have 8 people working with a line to the door (1 register open) and the drive thru doesn't work. Instead of expediting or organizing, they have people standing at a doordash counter with no one waiting there, watching the line get longer. Meanwhile, one person working the register and taking orders, but literally completing the order with each person instead of someone assisting fill/bag what the orders are. Then they take the donuts and throw them in a bag and when you get them the frosting is stuck to the bottom of the bag. Last time I'll go in

Do not stop at this Dunkin. They’re slow and horrible customer service. I ordered ( drive thru) the $5 meal deal and the wraps were still cold even though they asked me to move forward and they’ll bring me my wraps.

It was ok and I found flies on munchkins and I let the cashier know and he said there’s nothing we can do bout it watch y’all’s food when ordering here

This was quite possibly the worst Dunkin’s I have ever been to. The employees are young and don’t give a damn. Donuts are hard as a rock. Drinks taste horrible. Sandwich was burnt. Do better

This might be the slowest drive thru in existence.

Cold strawberry frosted donut! Ridiculous! A turkey sausage with cheese croissant. Why is there egg? Awful service. Never again will I visit this location!

Slow service but good coffee

Management is too bad, they charge us for a cup of water... The person that was serving mentioned that her manager do not give water to customer for free... I don't think that it be a Dunkin policy... So bad for my family

Gave it at least 3 stars because my coffee is always delicious, but this place closes earlier and earlier every time I come. It's supposed to close at 9 and today they're not taking orders at 8:35.

It's inconvenient to drive here, and they're closed during operating hours. Now I have to drive somewhere else before work for coffee.

Ordered from here a few times. When they arent busy at all, they do a great job. But when they get even a little busy, they usually mess something up significantly. Today, I got an extremely burnt bagel.
