Cold strawberry frosted donut! Ridiculous! A turkey sausage with cheese croissant. Why is there egg? Awful service. Never again will I visit this location!

Management is too bad, they charge us for a cup of water... The person that was serving mentioned that her manager do not give water to customer for free... I don't think that it be a Dunkin policy... So bad for my family

Gave it at least 3 stars because my coffee is always delicious, but this place closes earlier and earlier every time I come. It's supposed to close at 9 and today they're not taking orders at 8:35.

It's inconvenient to drive here, and they're closed during operating hours. Now I have to drive somewhere else before work for coffee.

Ordered from here a few times. When they arent busy at all, they do a great job. But when they get even a little busy, they usually mess something up significantly. Today, I got an extremely burnt bagel.

Every time I go to this location, they are understaffed and overwhelmed. It took 15 mins for me to get a mobile order that was placed because they kept ignoring the orders. It had been sitting behind the mobile order shelf for 5 mins while I was standing there. Their coffee is usually mostly cream. The Club Dr location is definitely better ran in the morning.

The staff in this location are incompetent. They DO NOT show any form of care for those who are Lactose intolerant. I ordered a frozen coffee a few weeks ago with a substitute of almond milk; but when I went today, I was told by a lazy lady wearing glasses that “ They are not allowed to substitute the milk”.So if you order online, BE VERY CAREFUL. Go to another location.

It bothers me when people who work in customer service don’t have the customer service. I always buy from this Dunkin and everytime I get a bagel…. Today particular I ordered on… and , I specified slightly toasted with cream cheese and saw that my bagel had very little cream cheese and over toasted. I asked the girl if I can please get just a little more cream cheese and got bothered by it and wanted to charge more. I don’t understand why it bothers them if we are paying for our items. The girl who was on the headphones was rude and turn her face around, I just left but it bothers me how people can be so rude.

As a DoorDash driver asking for a cup of ice from a facility should be customer service granted.
But unfortunately it was a no the price was $.32. Even asking for a paper cup hoping it would be free of charge since I am still bringing that company money.
