Terrible rude staff. One nice woman working in the back. How do you mess up a bagel?….. this location found a way. Guy running the register obviously hated being there. Go collect unemployment if you’re gonna be rude to paying customers. Never had to do this before sorry DD usually y’all are on point…. Need some staff adjustments here.

I went to this dunkin this morning with my husband and kids in Indian trail. Worst experience ive seen in any fast food chain the person at the front counter was lazy. When we asked him a question he just kept mumbling it and after asking 4 times. He stoped answering then the person sneezed in his hands and went to go make our food without washing his hands my husband was discussed and left the. Restaurant and did not want to dine there anymore every week there is new staff here from now on ill go to another dunkin this one is extremely unsanitary and bad customer service.

I love the cookie butter cold foam cold brew. But at this location the FOAM just wasnt FOAMING! And I asked to change and make again but no. This location seems to always be on the short yellow bus location.

So ever since I tried the turtle signature latte, I’ve been obsessed with Dunkin’ Donuts. I decided to go through the drive-through this morning after dropping my daughter off at school because I wanted another turtle signature latte but, to my dismay I was told that they no longer have the turtle signature latte.???? However, they could try to re-create it with two pumps of the mocha and butter pecan flavoring, but they did not have the little crunchy topping that goes on top. That is literally what makes the drink, but OK I end up with some sort of strong tasting latte with a bunch of whip cream on top. It taste nothing absolutely nothing like the delicious turtle signature latte I remembered. I am so disappointed ???? I also ordered a chicken biscuit for the first time ever thinking wow you can’t go wrong with a chicken biscuit however, apparently you can go wrong with a chicken biscuit at Dunkin’ Donuts. This disgusting biscuit taste like one of the store-bought biscuits that you pull out of the freezer and pop in the microwave for two minutes the bread is doughy and flaky, and tastes like it’s freezer burned. The chicken also has that freezer burnt taste as well. I am so shocked at how disgusting the breakfast is every time I get something from Dunkin’ Donuts. It taste the same way as if it’s frozen prior and they just pop it in a microwave for 2 to 3 minutes and then serve it. Its so disgusting. I will never in my life eat another food menu item from Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s so gross. ?

Dunkin' donuts are individually owned. This owner clearly takes pride in his/her business.The staff is fantastic, very fast and professional. Love the clean restrooms. Dining room always feels welcoming and tidy.Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Delicious bagels and cream cheese are always within dietary restrictions. Dunkin' Yum!!Parking: Ample parking. With easy access to the drive-thru.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the pink and orange decor and their kid friendly menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible with wheelchair, walker,or cane.
Great environment. The reason for the low review for food is that I saw a croissant being placed on the silver counter in the kitchen without food wrap under it. I know countertops are sanitized but it gives the image of not caring about customer health.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie patty crossiant, a soy crossiant as well as other vegan and vegetarian options. Some of the workers are Hindu and would be glad to help you if you let them know you are vegan or are vegetarian.

Don’t come to this location unless you have 30+ mins to wait and want the wrong order.Updated review: tried giving them another try (everyone makes mistakes) BUUUUT all I ordered was a bacon avocado toast thinking there’s no way anything could go wrong this time but boy was I wrong. Their bacon must be invisible. Please don’t waste your money and time at this location because your order will go wrong somehow always or check your order completely before driving off! Lesson learned the hard way

Other people like everything bagels not just morning people very inconvenience and now they don’t even have. Plain bagels, and every location is the same way.
