Ordered via DoorDash. The birria (two similar dishes) made me and my husband sick, first me then him. I called to let them know, without being upset. It could have been a pleasant and easy customer service exchange to make it better but I was instead called a liar because nobody else called yet about getting sick, was told there was nothing she could do, and then she hung up on me. Definitely wouldn’t have left this review if I’d been treated with decency and respect. Customer service is dead and with a calm voice and weak stomach from being sick all night I was spoken to like I was lying and hung up on. Unfortunately this is a place we would have tried again and now we won’t and don’t recommend.

I don't know if it's my fault or what, but I called before ordering and asked if the shrimp soup was spicy and they told me no. When I tried it, it was very spicy and I'm allergic to spicy food, so I asked before. Thank God it didn't happen to me. nothing but they should tell the truth when you ask, suddenly for the restaurant since it's Mexican for them it's not spicy, and I also ordered an order of avocado and it was very expensive and they sent it to me totally black and it was only 3 thin slices for 4 dollars totally expensive !!!

Bad service, with a bad attitude from the cashier, I arrived at 10:08 pm and without rice again and was limited to sitting at 6 tables, correct the hours if you don't want to receive people, say that starting at 10 pm only for takeout and the matter is resolved but don't set conditions 1 hour before closing and still with a bad face and bad attitude, I already have enough of that in my house to come here and still be putting up with a bad temper and bad face

We have always ordered takeout from this place! The food is wonderful! Have ordered 5 times (we visit from Ireland and it's our go to Mexican restaurant when we are over!) And it's always been amazing!

The Birria tacos and guacamole are outstanding. Truly the best we've had anywhere!

The food is good but cashiers could use some serious customer service training. When we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our food the girls were all surrounding one of their coworkers phone tryna be en el chisme. Im assuming the chisme was so good they weren’t even paying attention to what they charged me and handed out the wrong bag. We assumed we got the right order since they had charged us AT THE RESTAURANT CORRECTLY. But when we opened our bags they gave us the WRONG ITEMS. That’s fine we’re human we’re allowed to have fun at work and make mistakes, but what we not gonna do is turn around and say it was our fault for taking the wrong order when you handed it to us. It’s your job to make sure you’re giving out the right things to the right people especially if the customer took the time to call ahead. Pónganse las pilas hijas en ves de andar de chismosas y luego de groseras cuando les dicen sus verdades.

*Update they took back the wrong order they had given us at first and I don’t know if they handed this same order to the other person without them knowing what had happened but if this happened today idk what guarantee’s me they won’t do it to someone else.
