The restaurant is attached to gas station. It was very clean from what I can see. Service was pretty accommodating, the only thing was it didn’t feeling as friendly. Nobody smiled or cared to do anything besides give me my food and I pay. But they give great portion size for birria ramen I love that. The Birra ramen is pretty straight I rate it a 6.9 out of 10
For my taste, I think they need more. Let's start with the sauces. They lack more spicy flavor without being very simple. I bought a dish with rice and beans. The rice was half cooked. The beans had no flavor. I clarify, it's just my comment, but I think the rest is fine.
Kept driving by this place and was curious. Finally went in one afternoon and got chorizo tacos and a horchata. All really really good taqueria food! Salsas weren't too spicy and the staff is great.
But it was surprising they were tucked in the back of a gas station which isn't a huge deal breaker, I just hope these guys can succeed and get their own spot to expand. Cheers!
