Consistently Disappointed with Unfresh Salads

I’ve ordered salads multiple times from this establishment, and each time, the quality has been far below acceptable except for one time. The lettuce is wilted, soggy, and appears to be on the verge of spoiling, as seen in the most recent order (photo attached). There’s no excuse for serving greens that look this lifeless, especially when freshness is the key to a good salad.

It’s frustrating to pay for something that should be crisp and appetizing, only to receive something unappealing. I strongly urge management to prioritize the quality of ingredients and improve their quality control.

$60.00 worth of food $30.00 of it was wrong. Store doesn't wanna do anything about it. Best I can do is file a cooperate compliant and wait 2 to 3 days. What a joke.

As if August 30, 2024. Owner has Not contacted me with regards to this report, service etc.. I left several messages but no response. * UPDATE OWNER STILL HAS NOT CONTACTED ME TO ANY THING OF THIS POST* I DID CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE YESTERDAY ITS BEEN 20 HOURS. THE OWNER REPLY BELOW IS A Demeaning reply at best.So, I place an order online. I go to pick it up. An employee gives me a cup. As I'm fixing my drink, I released it was not the size I ordered . So I went back to the counter and asked for a large and said I paid for a large drink and this is a medium cup and the shift manager agreed. Mind you, he didn't apologize or smile and say sorry. Instead, he said that it is all we have and in small .. I said well then give me a refund, PLEASE. This shift manager refused ..said he would not do that( August 19, 2024@ 4:05p.m) I asked him to give me a refund or give me the difference with another cup. He then said NO! Then the 3 employees working continued to talk about me while I was still there. I come to find out that this location has been charging others for a large drinks but giving them mediums size cups. The shift manager doesnt know how to work with customers. The ideal thing would be to of given me another cup in the same size or smaller. And or give me a refund, and never tell a customer, No. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR OWN MONEY LIKE I DID AND BUY ANYTHING HERE AS THEY RIP YOU OFF AND HAVE RUDE SERVICE AND AND INADEQUATE BEHAVIORS. ALSO THE SANDWICHES WERE SOGGY AND WERE MADE 30 MINTUES PRIOR TO PICK UP BECAUSE I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I ASKED AN EMPLOYEE. THEY SHOULD of MADE THEM AT MOST 5 MINTUES TIL..AS I REQUESTED SANDWICHES AT A CERTAIN TIME THEY WERE NOT BUSY..AS I HAD FRIENDS THERE JUST PRIOR. I might want to add that. The sandwiches were made wrong as well. HORRIBLE LOCATION

Had a horrible experience. They have kids working at this location , they act like it anyways..a" shift manager" was so rude. They are charging for a large and handing out mediums and refused to refund my husband the deference. The sandwiches were made wrong asked for no mayonise that is all I got and they were so gross. I wish I would of looked at the reveiws before coming here. It smelled like a certain none cigarette smell coming from the back.

Tucked away in the shopping plaza, this location is easily accessible and clean. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly to get everyone their food in a timely manner. I didnt take a photo of the sandwich because it was so good and I was starving. lol
