The woman who prepared my order was extremely cordial & efficient. The star reduction was primarily for the lingering panhandler who approached my car in the dark. This is always risky, even though I always help anyone who’s hungry. Recommend women visit this location accompanied or only during the daylight.

Not the first time I’ve had a horrible experience at this location. I was hoping they would fix their mistake of giving me the flattest sandwich ever. I even explained that I’m a newly expecting mother but Stephanie had zero understanding zero empathy.

My go to sub is always the beef and cheddar brisket on white. The bread is always so soft as if they just baked it fresh! Perfect amount of meat, cheese, mayo and bbq sauce always, so it became my favorite choice.

Consistently Disappointed with Unfresh Salads

I’ve ordered salads multiple times from this establishment, and each time, the quality has been far below acceptable except for one time. The lettuce is wilted, soggy, and appears to be on the verge of spoiling, as seen in the most recent order (photo attached). There’s no excuse for serving greens that look this lifeless, especially when freshness is the key to a good salad.

It’s frustrating to pay for something that should be crisp and appetizing, only to receive something unappealing. I strongly urge management to prioritize the quality of ingredients and improve their quality control.

$60.00 worth of food $30.00 of it was wrong. Store doesn't wanna do anything about it. Best I can do is file a cooperate compliant and wait 2 to 3 days. What a joke.
