I have NEVER waited for anything unless I have asked for something special....get to know them and you will appreciate them and love them believe me the go above and beyond to assist you...NOW THE FOOD....EXCEPTIONAL, WONDERFUL and it is HOMEMADE just like in our Lindo Puerto Rico..now that Xmas are coming I suggest you try her PASTELES and ALCAPURRIAS they are just simply out of this world I am great full I leave in Atlanta and I have been able to find "mis antojitos" from my Lindo Puerto Rico...at Panadería Boricua..

Worst customer service ever!! Waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and when we decided to cancel our order the lady from the back came out like a beast and yelled at my mother that they weren't a fast food and also yelled at her that even to die you have to wait...seriously? We used to love this place but to go through this for some pan sobao, nope...they've lost customers bad bad attitudes. From the lady in the front takingour order to the lady in the back cooking. One more thing, a small child comes running from the back screaming and crying...what the hell?

Horrible experience! The worst customer service ever! Instead of "apologizing" for a 30 minute wait that we endured for a sandwich they hey confrontational and wouldn't give us back our money! The woman in the front had no customer service etiquette and the one doing the food prep was a savage! Horrible place to go. Never going back. I even took a new friend, she wasn't impressed buy the bad attitude.

Great to find Puerto Rican pastries and bread. The person at the front counter, though, had a phone conversation on her ear piece the ENTIRE time she was packing up our order and checking us out. Not once was there a hello or thank you. Not the best first impression.

This is the worst place to buy a cakes or cupcakes I came earlier they told they would have my order of cupcakes ready I get here and they are not ready they tell me come back in an hour a half I come back and they are still not ready never coming back here again terrible service
When it was Gerry's was good, but since he sold it to this new people it when down the drain they are not costumer service oriented and is funny that all the people I know say the same thing.

This business is disgusting!! The front desk employee is extremely rude and very unprofessional. After ordering my cake, the following day the price was $30 more than discussed and the wrong cake. I accepted this although everything was going completely wrong. I was still going to take the cake since it had been paid for, until this lady says the cake will not be ready in time. I then told the woman I would just like a refund, and her response was NO, only a store credit. This was a completely frustrating process !!! I've never dealt with such awful customer service! After many calls of trying to work this out, even after asking to speak to the manager or owner, nothing was solved and the woman said she would call the cops on me if i continue to call! Save your money and time!
