We had Gingerspice at our wedding and it was DELICIOUS. Everything from start to finish was AWESOME. We set up the tasting, got the 4 flavors we wanted to try (which were super generous in size!), and then put in an order for two flavors (Printemps and Sassy Chocolate) because we just couldn't choose between all the delicious options! The cake, once delivered, was BEAUTIFUL and all of our guests couldn't stop raving about how yummy it was! We had 54 guests and got 120 servings because we wanted everyone to enjoy and have leftovers, and at the end of the night, people were fighting over leftovers to take home! Loved the whole experience with Nicole. :)

Nicole made us the most beautiful, unique, and goth romantic cake ever. The flavors were so unique, and the cake was so moist and delicious! Our guests were ecstatic to try the desserts too!!! It was the best wedding cake we could have hoped for!

We wanted a delicious, unique wedding cake and Gingerspice was absolutely the right choice! Nicole was so easy to work with and created the most outstanding cake for us. It tasted amazing and was so beautifully decorated. We also requested a small cake to celebrate a grandfather's birthday and 100 pumpkin, apple, peach pie tarts for our wedding. Everything Gingerspice made was unbelievably fantastic! We cannot recommend this bakery enough!

Nicole is so sweet, professional, and was so kind to work with for our wedding cakes! When we tried the sample cakes, which were adorable and delicious, we knew Gingerspice would be the one! She offers many great flavors and gluten free options. I sent her ideas for our wedding cake and she was very helpful with suggestions. She also let me make last minute changes to our cakes. Our wedding cakes turned out so beautiful, just like we envisioned! We got many compliments from our guests about how yummy the cakes were and the buttercream is amazing! Can't get anyone to respond to emails and no one ever answers the phone. I tried for a month to get in touch with them because my wedding planner recommended this bakery. I even had someone else email them requesting info to make sure something wasn't wrong on my end. It's poor customer service.
