most authentic vn noodles. We’ve been everywhere ( from LA to Ho chi minh) and this place has the best. i’ll drive 9hrs again just to eat!!
It’s crowded but not long time to wait, “pha lau” is good taste, highly recommended!
I don’t even live in this area anymore but I still go out of my way to go eat here when I’m anywhere within an hour of this place. This food is so fire. I always get Hu Tieu (H1 or H2) when I’m here and I think about it like every week. The iced coffee is also so good here.
My togo order is My Tho Dried Noodles/ Egg Noodles with Wonton for my husband and Crispy Fried Wonton. Their quality is up and down sometimes. The only bad experience I have comes to tipping. We came one day as 6 people and they automatically added the gratitude already but without saying anything which I understand for table of 6 parties. So i have no idea the tip already added and I added another tipping line until I go back to my table and realized it myself. Next time if you come a big parties make sure ask that before hands!
Terrible service. Sat there for 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order. So I just walked out. It wasn't busy. I was the only customer in there.
Been coming to this place every occasion and I have to say damn they change the decoration of their space to every single season. Surprise me every time. I usually go for wonton egg noodle bowl but this time I got the special pan with bread. Man I should've tried that earlier. Nice place and excellent food, young and quick service 🤣, tell me why I can't quit returning here

We came in yesterday in a group of 7 people. The restaurant were all filled up and we had to wait 12 minhtes to get seated but the guy with glasses was super friendly and worked his way to arrange tables for "a bunch" of us standing at the front. I can see they running short on staff as there were only 2 servers working, one guy and one lady. I thought we would have to wait for another 12 minutes to get served but no the lady came right away with a smile and a bottle of water. So she took our ordered, we all wanted the same bowl: special house rice noodle soup. Food came out pretty fast and steaming hot. It was not our first time there but seeing their efforts to please customers, I thought it would be nice to leave a recommendation. Our noodles were good as always, full of toppings and the broth was just simply perfect. The lady kept coming back to check on us. After all that's how you keep us coming back.

My family recent came here because they have better foods than the past. However, the services were terrible. Last 5 day, we called about 7:00 pm to picked up foods. When I came about 7:20pm to picked up, the short guy in front desk had an angry face, not any Hello, any question to me, and absolutely not any thank you after that. Today we came in for 4 people, one 4 year old kid. We ordered 4 rice noodle bows. And then we bought Flan cake + 1 corn milk to go. And still the short guy( I'm not sure his name is LUU?) checked out without gave me any information or amount. Then he charged total $84.24 PLUS Service Charge(18%) without asking me or let me know about that extra for service. I still left 15% Tip more ask $8 because I did not know they charged 18% already as $15.16 included to go foods( $19.5 + $6.25= 25.75). Be carefully when you come here with your family, Just pay with asking any tip or extra service charge include and you don't mind that no one welcome you here.

Vegetarian options: They have vegies broth and you can literally make a vegan noodle bowl with your choice of noodle, and you can even make it dry with their house sauce
Kid-friendliness: The server brought out high chair and a set of small bowl with scissors and kids' cuttert for my 15-month-old daughter without me having to ask for it

This restaurant sells the best quality bowls of Hu Tieu My Tho that I have eaten in the US. The broth is very sweet, and full of toppings. But the male waiter here is quite bad, I don't know if it's because he's tired or what, his attitude is indifferent.

This was my first time at Hu Tieu My Tho - VN Noodle, and I was thoroughly impressed! We ordered the Hủ Tiếu Mỹ Tho and mì Hoành Thánh, and both dishes were incredibly delicious. The flavors were authentic and truly reminded me of my time in Vietnam. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked.
On top of the amazing food, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Vietnamese dining experience. I will definitely be back for more!
