Ike’s Café and Grill always delivers — the jollof rice, fufu, Bahama Mamas, and Lemon Drops go crazy every time.

My first time trying West African food was a great experience, everything was good but I was hoping for verity on the menu. The price of the food did match the quality you get.

I was really looking forward to trying this African restaurant, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The food was disappointing — it had an overly fishy taste, and the chicken was quite dry. On top of that, they automatically added a gratuity to the bill and I was expected to tip again, which felt unnecessary.
The atmosphere wasn’t bad, and the service itself was actually good, but overall it just wasn’t worth the price. We ended up paying about $115 for two people, and for that amount, I expected a much better dining experience.

Visited this place from out of town. We were anticipating some authentic Ghanaian food and delicacies as advertised. All ordered meals were all off li.its and beyond human consumption. Zero customer service, poor atmosphere, no human touch/presence, and even to the point of not being able to transact in cash. The only available human was the guy who came in to put orders into mail boxes for customers to pick via their phones. He said if you need to buy anything, order from their cash machine and they do not take cash in any way nor can you order anything through a human being. The touch as a customer service person and a human was missing. Quality of food was horrible and beyond human consumption. We had to dump literally, everything bought (over $100.00). Not a good place for humans to eat from.

Came all the way from Canada to have a taste of what they have to offer at Ike’s and was not disappointed at all. The food is on point and the service rendered by Aisha was second to none. I will be back for ……..

Our server Victoria was amazing. It was our first time here and trying authentic African food and she guided us through the menu and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She went out her way to help and show us how to eat the food properly as well. The food was delicious as well, overall a great experience.

The food was definitely old . They gave my dad stale hard beef. The beef suya was old it was so hard and .my fish was also old . I had a fly in my drink. Everything was over priced for crappy food ! The waitress was nice tho super polite but the food was trifling! Today wasn’t a good day for them food was not good .

Customer service here is trash! It’s a very thick arrogant spirit that meets you at the door. I have been here twice for business. (3rd party delivery company) Both times have been unpleasant, today makes my third encounter, and I won’t be back for anymore pick ups here. Discrimination is very real even among people of color.
