It's been an hour I ordered a sandwich and chips. If you're reading this order something else instead.
Ordered pickup through the app, went to store after being told it’s ready, and the door is locked and no one is there? I’ll need a refund.
Edit: was promised a refund, still have to get money back. Was given major attitude over the phone, and told basically that the fact that their door was closed when they should’ve been open was somehow, my problem.

Jimmy John’s used to be great with their delivery. They were known for their fast delivery. I ordered delivery for the first time in a long time and it was horrible. No updates at all. I placed the order at 12:30 and by 1:20 I didn’t see any updates. So I called the store. I did even mention my name or order and the lady on the phone just responded with it’s out for delivery. So I waited and my order didn’t get there until 2. I waited over an hour and a half.

Don’t come here. For months I’ve tried and tried and they never get orders correct. They never consider requests, score 84 on health inspection. Just avoid this place.

This Jimmy John's used to be great, but it has gone downhill. I avoid it now and cannot recommend it anymore.
Every time i go to this location they’re always either out of something I want or they are taking their sweet time. Just left the line after like 10 minutes of sitting still and the guy in front of me still hadn't been served. They run out of soda and bread all the time for whatever reason. They have wasted my lunch break one too many times at this point, you wont ever see me back there.

girl working today 8/5/24 at 2:20 has the worst garbage attitude. literally started to yell and be super rude for no reason. fix your attitude have some manners towards your customers. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS JIMMY JOHNS, until they replace this rude aggressive woman. I left without picking up my food, i will be getting a full refund.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years and I can tell you Ms.Chanel is one of the best managers this store has seen yet. She’s always smiling and goes above and beyond to assure great customer service. Who ever is responsible for building sales for this location needs to be evaluated because this store is declining drastically. There’s no reason why she’s always the only one in the store by herself or with just one other person. I have seen them with a line out the door juggling drive thru, taking orders over the phone, accepting customers inside the shop all while still having make the sandwiches and bag the orders. You all need to do better as owners because it’s only so much Two people can do by them selves.

Worst JJ location ever. “Manager” canceled my group order with no notice and when I complained called me to yell at me over the phone rather than apologize. Unbelievably unprofessional.

My girlfriend loved the subs here back in college and we thought we have a quick cold cut for dinner for old times sakes…The inside was closed due to short staff. The staff member Shanterri was rude from the start. Huffing and puffing on the drive thru intercom as if didn’t want to take our order. At the drive thru window she gave us our food while talking on the phone, and continued to be rude by yelling goodbye from the other side of the store while the window shut. If it wasn’t so late in the evening we would have drove off! Absolutely zero customer service skills. I will not be back.
