Horrible service this afternoon around 1:00 PM. The drive-thru was not marked as closed, yet no one answered it. I watched more than two dozen vehicles pull up and leave after waiting with no response.

What was most troubling was witnessing an elderly, disabled man pull up to the window. After tapping on the glass, an associate eventually opened the window and told him to come inside because they were “understaffed.” The employee then proceeded to discuss within earshot of customers how “rude” it was for the man to tap on the window.

The gentleman parked his car, slowly walked inside with a cane, and patiently placed his order.

Being understaffed is one thing. Lacking basic empathy, communication, and professionalism is another. If the drive-thru is closed, post signage. And regardless of staffing challenges, customers, especially elderly and disabled patrons, should be treated with respect.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this level of service at this location over the past few months. I also have a long-standing business just around the corner, and I will be sure to inform my staff and schedule all future meetings without catering from this location.

A generic response asking customers to leave a review does not signal a desire to improve, especially when repeat low-star reviews show a pattern of the same issues.

Do better.

Ordered BOGO subs from this spot twice now and both times they leave out the second sub. Food is fine, just wish some eyeballs were being utilized

The old crew turned the store around for the better and now the owner purposely took them out. Now they have like 4 ppl in there and they are slower than when it was only 2 working. This location has always been inferior to the one down the street due to the ownership but the old crew made best with what they had.

And don’t expect ordering online will help - you can order ahead online and have to wait longer when you arrive vs just ordering at the store. Doesnt make any sense to me.

Probably the most apathetic and unhappy staff at any chain I’ve ever been to.

They are just miserable. Every time you come in it’s a great inconvenience to them, they never smile, they are always irritated, and you coming to get a sandwhich is always such a chore for them.

And they end quality of the sandwhich always varies.

There’s one fella that always seems to be there working and his attitude isn’t great but he’s at least always decent.

They all just seem to be phoning it in/over it.

I feel so bad for one of the guys that’s always at the store by himself. He says people are always calling out, and I believe it. The multiple times that I have visited, he’s always by himself. The owners need to do better and either come help him out or pull someone from another store. I worked at one their other locations a few years back and they would do it for another store. The young man has about 8 people waiting in the store and he has about 10 orders that he’s trying to catch up on. Since I’ve worked at JJ before, I offered to help him with my sandwich but he declined. I totally understand his frustration, I would be too. Definitely don’t come during the lunch hour, they are never fully staffed. I’ve never came in the afternoon, but maybe it’s better. Shout out to him though for trying to keep his cool. I wish that I would have gotten his name.

Completely made my sandwich wrong, second time from this spot..had it delivered so I gave it two stars

I pulled up and was waiting behind another car to order. He waited and waited and waited and then eventually drove off because no one helped take his order. I sat there for a minute or two before someone came to the speaker box.

I explained that I had an online order and he cut me off and said he didn’t have any orders. Told me I placed it at the wrong address. I told him I have the receipt with the address and that it’s already charged my card. He literally said it wasn’t his problem and to take it up with Jimmy John’s. Am I not at Jimmy John’s? Not sure who owns this place or operates it, but you need to train your employees on customer service! I will never come to this location again and I will tell everyone I know not to visit as well.

Fantastic experience! We ordered a Regular Italian, Ultimate Italian (toasted), and Tuscan Italian Wrap — all delicious. The staff member was working solo but handled everything perfectly with minimal wait time. Highly recommend this location!

I sat at the drive thru WINDOW for over 15 minutes waiting, after waiting for over 5 minutes to order…this has happened before and I will not give this location a third opportunity.

Horrible location. Ordered online, waited at the window for 15 minutes with no one addressing me. Looking through the drive-through window, I could see that the store was disgusting and nobody was wearing gloves. Jimmy John’s corporate needs to do better with this location.

Friendly people. Great sandwiches. They put the right ingredients with each gourmet sandwich, that makes them tastes great. You can also add or delete items to your liking. Friendly delivery people.
