So yeah. Just left this and the guy working there definitely needs hospitality training. Poor communication skills and and ultimately handed my girlfriend her sandwich on the counter no bag or napkins.

Ordered via UberEats. Received a call from store soon after stating that they (Jimmy John’s) cancelled my order due to having no drivers this evening. That is all fine and understandable. What is unacceptable is that the Jimmy John’s employee lied when he said he cancelled the order. I called the store and he told me to contact Uber because “they had to cancel the order”. This is false and the restaurant/merchant has the capability to cancel the order on their end. This Jimmy John’s location is purposefully not cancelling orders they cannot fulfill to falsify their cancellation rate with UberEats. I had to call Uber and they had to verify with the restaurant before it was cancelled.I can totally understand not having drivers and being unable to fulfill delivery orders, but don’t hassle the customer and make them jump through hoops for the restaurants issue. Do better!

Last time I ordered from door dash it took an hour and 20 minutes to come. When I called and asked “isn’t your thing “Freaky Fast”? “ and I was told “yeah they’re trying to do away with that. Lol .. lastnight i ordered $47 worth of food a whole hour before their closing time and after I CALLED at 8:55 I was informed the order was being cancelled because they didnt have a driver, and that I would be “immediately refunded”. It’s the next day and so far I have not been refunded. This location is ruining the reputation of the brand, for sure.

Used to be a reliable place to get a solid, quick lunch on the go. Not sure what happened. The current batch of employees do not seem to give a crap about customer service. What used to be quick can now take forever. If they have a large online order, they'll ignore the customers standing 5 feet in front of them. They often have no ice for drinks. Too many other choices nearby to go back.

We drove 10 minutes to this sandwich shop, and waited while the one person working did his best to take care of multiple customers. Another person was standing in the back looking at something for the 10 minutes that we waited. Finally, he wandered up, and the guy that was taking orders and filling orders said: “I’m just going to tell you all that it’s going to be at least 20 minutes, as I am totally backed up” there were at least 10 people waiting on their orders. We left to have our lunch elsewhere. Terrible service.

I arrived at this location at 10:05, they open at 10:30. I waited in my vehicle until 10:31 for them to open. I approached the location waiting for them to unlock the door. The counter person (purple and green hair) sees me and puts away her phone and continues about her morning setup. I patiently waited in front of the door until 10:50. She continues about her business and occasionally looks up if I'm still there. I also tried calling to location to ask her how long she thinks it'll be until she can service me because i needed to be at work... does not answer the phone. Her facial expressions says all that needs to be said about her feeling towards me. I finally left at 10:52 with no food.Sorry that employers have to deal with employees like this nowadays.Business owners are the ones that hurt the most by this.

I ordered from this jimmy johns. My order never arrived. I called and the phone number was not in service. I was charged but received no food. I'm upset and very curious as to what is going on. How do they have 4/5 stars when their phone number literally doesn't work.

WORST SERVICE EVER! they didn’t cancel my order on DoorDash, they didn’t gave me any kind of solution , employee and “owner” bad attitude 100% so yeah , THEY literally stole my money! For that little amount they could offer some kind of solution , but nope nothing!
