This KFC has not been taking drive through orders for close to 6 months. Of the 3 times I’ve been here, they have been out of chicken breasts twice. They won’t even do mobile orders through the drive through.

JUST GO AHEAD AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS. SELLING APPLE PIES NO APPLE & CHICKEN POT PIE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN. JUST POTATOES & CARROTS. IF YOU BROKE JUST SAY THAT AND BOW OUT GRACEFULLY.

Absolutely disgusting, no one was in uniform. Literally looked liked they rolled out of bed. I asked for the sauces they forgot he handed them to me with his dirty gloves , tried my best not to touch the gloves. He didn’t even seem to care about changing his gloves. When I double checked my order the mash potatoes that were $5.71 looked like an absolute joke . It was equivalent to the individual side of mash potatoes . Don’t get me started on the “extra crispy” chicken I got . Management clearly needs a refresher course .

One star. Total bait and switch at the drive-thru. They promised a 7-minute wait that ballooned into 25 minutes. Avoid this location if you’re on a schedule.

Don’t have pics because I threw the food away. The food was horrible. All I got was the nugget, fries, and drink. The nuggets were fine but the fries taste like they have been sitting there for days. The fries were hard, dry, and salty and I it had sauce in it like they took it out of another persons bag and put it in mine and told me that I took the las batch. The sweet tea was not sweet and I wanted to order another meal but the employees couldn’t get the time right. The male told me it’s was 20 min and then the female told me it will take 7 mins. My husband was not happy and canceled the order. And he just wanted a chicken sandwich meal. I was very disappointed and I’m never coming back here again. Yall need to do better.

Worst KFC ever. First the drive lady that took my order was very disrespectful. They forgot half my order so I came in and see the manager paying no attention to me and eating chicken…. This location has very poor customer service and need a staff wipeout to get WHOLE NEW STAFF. like honestly worst customer service. They’re lucky i have to put 1 star if not I would give this place -100

Another trash KFC location after a terrible experience at the Holcomb bridge location . You order they tell you to pull around they will bring the food out . 15mins later had to go into the store to see where my order is . They said “sorry they had alot going on”. As if me ordering food and paying you guys was an inconvenience. Get real

Went there to try new chicken sandwich and after waiting for 10 mins they tell me they only had one filet and would have to make one sandwich with tenders unless I wanted to wait. To many other people already waiting outside. They couldn’t even take my order at first because they were using one register at the front for drive thur, must do them first. 7 people working drive line.Ate tender sandwich at home the crust was rock hard apparently sitting in bin for awhile. And whole time waiting, f-bombs dropping averywhere

Whatever worker you have working there that has a gold grill, she is awful. She is rude impatient she does not need to be working there. She not Only did not give me one second when I asked her to to review the menu. She was the most impatient worker that I have ever came across at KFC and yelled at us to move forward when we have been there for not only 60 seconds just trying to look over the food there was one car behind not like it was very busy
