This restaurant should be the blue print of how all of KFC stores. Manager/ cashier made consistent eye contact and was informative. There is a man working in kitchen area that fixes food promptly and deliver it to you fast and courteous. I think there were only 3 employees on duty and it's the best experience I've had in a long time. Thanks for the hard work guys. BTW this location is in Norcross and I live Lithonia.

If I have mashed potatoes, I don’t believe I should have to ask for silverware. Ordering food. I shouldn’t have to ask for napkins either.. When I asked for it, the lady at the window seem to be irritated.

Y'all I am crying we ordered 3 tender meals and they gave us ripped up chicken breasts. I cannot lmao. However I will say they were friendly about dropping us actual tenders but like c'mon.

Just had to get out of the drive-thru because the employee was extremely rude and short with me. If you don't want to deal with customers or people then don't go work at an organization that requires you having good customer service as a skill…..

I had been hesitant to try this location because of negative reviews. I placed an online order and they did everything right. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the store was. The customer service was great; multiple people checked on me while I waited. I will definitely order here again. The only negative is that they all have been cutting chicken into much smaller pieces (i.e. what used to be served as a chicken breast is now cut into 3+ pieces).
