I have had enough of Kroger and am VERY PROUD to say that as of today (11/8/22) I will no longer be doing ANY sort of business with that HORRIBLE corporation. I have been a great and loyal Kroger Pharmacy customer for over (15+) years. I have overlooked ALOT of crap they do, but for Kroger to continually make the same mistakes over and over and be disrespectful on top of that…is a no go for me. The Kroger Pharmacy employees ALWAYS screw up your medications, they’re rude as h3ll and very lazy and they have absolutely NO regards for their customers. Kroger SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS ARE JUST AS INCOMING, LAZY AND RUDE AS THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE!! I have gone to pick up my prescriptions on many occasions, and these LAZY IMBECILES will continue working as if they don’t see you standing there waiting to be helped..oh!! And DON’T ask them any questions pertaining to your health because they will either give you the WRONG advice that can be very detrimental to your health or they give you a nasty attitude because they don’t want to answer your questions. Take my foolish advice and take your business and hard earned money elsewhere for better customer service, medicines and prices. Kroger is a TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Good riddance!!! I had been contemplating for some time now, about not doing anymore business with Kroger, and after careful thought I am ecstatic about leaving this garbage of a company. Kroger doesn’t deserve my money or yours too. Good bye and good riddance…on to bigger and better things! No more Kroger..hip hop…HOORAY!!!!!!!!!

I waited in line for 1 hour-only 5 people helped in this amount of time-the pharmacist wasn't interested in helping the issues just adding to the problems with a smart mouth response- there were 3 people working -not short handed-seemed to be more interested in turning customers away instead of helping work out issues especially if you were not able to speak English-man in front of me got in line waited same time as me 1 hour and was told he would have to return because they had not filled the prescription yet(he had been waiting an hour)-i asked if they were going to make him wait another hour or when done check him out and I was ignored.

My mom works at Kroger and she went here for my birthday. She got me some sweets and pastries! I love this, we will be coming back later on in some special events. Not to mention, the store was very tidy and neat. Love that! The food tasted SUPER good, I'm that a sweet person but this tasted so so good. I give this five stars from you're number one customer!!!!!!

If this store is going to treat a black man like a criminal at least have professional looking security, not a weave wearing low wage hack who is not happy with her job. I will never return to this store. In fact let me just keep going to the farmers market and Publix and target. I don't like this feeling of being stereotyped and singled out for my skin color and my appearance

I was just at the Kroger at 6050 Singleton Rd Norcross, Ga. I completed my purchases through the self check out and was proceeding through the main exit. At that time, The portly security monitor asked to see me receipt, at which I declined since it is not a law nor is it a Posted Store Policy that is displayed to all people entering the premises. He then, with great force, pulled my cart to the side and said I wasn't leaving. So now we have false imprisonment. I said very calmly to him to "call the police". He acted like he didn't hear me and was not looking at me. Just held on to the cart with all his might. I said to him "Sir, call the police. Again no response. So I said " you need to look at me". When he did at that moment, I again calmly said "call the police". He then told me that the cart was Kroger property. So I collected my items from the cart and proceeded to leave as he was telling someone to get more people. Here's your problem; You have a young inept person that is not fit for their position, visible assault from your employee, no posting of these store policies that could jeopardize the safety of the public and your employees, and a complete lack of customer service. I will not shop at Kroger again. I am greatly disappointed in the lack of training and professionalism from Kroger.
