4:25 PM on January 8th. Me and the wife stopped in for a craving. The door was open. There was nobody upfront. Not a sound in the restaurant. The lights were on. Nobody visible. We ended up taking off rather than chancing the weight for the food quality. As of the time we left somebody was in the drive-through and I don’t think anybody was coming to the speaker. We drove around the restaurant a couple of times and never saw anybody show up in the windows. I don’t think there’s that many places in the back of the restaurant to disappear to. Perhaps they went to the restroom, but it must mean there’s only a single person here which should not be the status of any fast food restaurant when it comes to worker count.

One day, the food was as cold as the outside temperature. The next time I came to this location for a food remake, they made the order and gave it to me. Before I left, I checked my order and it was cold. I went back to the window and told them this is the same issue I had with the food on the original order. The guy tried to make it seem as if I was the issue and that a timeframe had something to do with the temperature of the food they give customers. He remade my order, handed it to me and quickly locked the window and walked off. At this point, I felt like the food was going to be cold again. Then I proceeded to check the food at the window and same as before the food was cold cheese wasn’t even melted anywhere. So I would not recommend this location and I will not be going back. If I could give zero stars I would.

My house never wants Krystal’s so I never get a chance to indulge. Tonight! I decided after work I would stop here to satisfy this craving at 1:11 am on November 25th. Now ikyl. Tell me this is cooked. The fries are so old hard and SALTY. The pictures I posted does no justice for the way it tasted after taking a huge bite. I worked at Krystal’s at 16 on candler road and our food never went out like this. It was disgustingly bad and a waste of money. Unfortunately I took a big nasty bite before checking it 20 mins later I’m throwing up. Cashier at drive thru on phone the lady outside sweeping at 1 am the morning! Unacceptable. Oh and that was a picture of 3 of 4 sandwiches…. I regrettably ate 1 of them 🤢 🤮

Went to this location this morning. There was a female employee standing outside. She runs inside and locks the door when she sees me coming to enter the restaurant. The restaurants dining area to order inside the restaurant was suppose to be opened to customers. When I go to pull at the door I am told that they locked the door because they feared for their safety. Why? Because I’m African American? This location is discriminatory. All black people are not a threat and I will be escalating this issue and encounter to corporate. Unacceptable!

The food was terrific! I ordered the cheese krystal with the chili cheese pup and the apple turnover and everything was cooked to perfection. My food tasted fresh and everything was nice and warm. Next time I'm in Georgia, I will definitely be eating here again.
When traveling down South we always find a Krystal to stop at. It was late and only the the Drive-Thru was open. We gave the person our order and before we got to the window we realized we didn't order enough food for everyone. I asked the young lady at the window could we add some more Krystal's to the order? She said yes no problem with a smile on her face! She was friendly with a great attitude and customer service!!! I asked her name so I could leave her a nice review. Audreana you are AWESOME!!! Food was hot,fresh and great!

I went to go dine in and it was so miserable because it was so hot inside. Ac must be out?????? I felt so bad for the staff. They did a fantastic job, so sweet and I feel so bad that they have to work like that Cooking food and it is so hot. Krystals you need to do better. That's so unfair!
