Went around midnight, was apparently only accepting online orders. Why not take my order in person? Still have to do the same amount of work, I don’t get it. I feel sorry for the owner. Losing out on all kinds of money. Went somewhere else to eat. Won’t be returning anymore. Always problems with the night shift at this location.

I've been coming to this Krystal location for over 20 years, and I have not gone inside the restaurant in years until today. The inside needs a renovation so badly! This company should put some care into their establishment. The food and the service were great, but I did not enjoy eating my food in a chair that had rust all over it. All the chairs in the dining room have rust all over them. Please do better by not only your customers, but your employees too. I wouldn't want to work in a place that shows such little care despite how hard I know the employees work.

Had a taste for chill n cheese pup because they normally my go-to for a snack to hole me over before dinner. I was wrong! My food was cold and nasty. They would never get another dime from me!

I used to come to this crystals before work 5am and get me a number one Crystal burger combo. but the last five times I’ve been to this crystals I was told they do not make crystal burgers. And I know I ordered Crystal burgers here before, but I was rudely told that they do not make crystal burgers and was unapologetic about it. i’m so glad that I understand. I do not have to spend my money where it’s notwanted.

Wow! The same establishment is still going strong, I used to come here very often when I lived nearby. But, I moved away 9 years ago. I just happened to be driving by near here today. Still great food, even better friendly service. Two thumbs up!

I loved my service at Krystal’s today 1700 Indian trail road Norcross ga the employees was very nice and friendly no attitudes or nothing and the two manager that was duty Tyrese And Jamik was very awesome ? I will be coming back
