The worst. Come in at 7pm to order food. There was no one, only 2 tables. And I ordered takeout. My meal lasted 30 minutes and only for the cashier (with the bow in her hair) to give my food to another customer. Because he was flirting with someone, he didn't concentrate on his work. Then they call her saying that they brought the wrong order. They brought it back to the restaurant, and the lady tells the cooks that they are no longer placing my order because she is going to give me the food that she mistakenly gave to the other person. Then he will put it in another bag in front of me as if I didn't realize, I don't like to eat things that have been taken from other people. I told him to make me some fresh ones and what do you think, he tried to give me the same pupusas but on another plate knowing that there is a window where you can see the kitchen.. The worst. He didn't recommend if they are going to order food on DoorDash and all that. It's good that I was there to see their tricks. When I got out of there I already told him I don't want anything, I lost 1 hour and a half.

I hope they talk to that girl because it wasn't just my order and the other person's who made the mistake with someone else's tamales. I've never seen anything like this, the truth is it's not the kitchen's fault, it's the cashier's fault. The cooks and the lady who was cleaning were very friendly and I have heard good things about their food but you have to change or talk to the cashier.

I love pupusas, it's a saying, we are customers all weekend, Saturdays and Sundays, sometimes we buy up to 2 times a day, but we have already noticed that the ones that are making them in the morning do them well. They are big, delicious, well cooked and They make the preparation for all the pupusa and those that prepare it in the evening are smaller, less preparation, they only make it in the center and the edges have no preparation and are raw,,, it is a small recommendation so that you can improve that point May all cooks make the same measurements and the same cooking ??
