La Tropicana heladeria

The place is nice but 2 out of the 2 times I’ve been the young man that takes the orders at the cashier has gotten my orders wrong. To get the order incorrect both times is very disappointing. I’ll give it another try but I will use the kiosk next time and hope I have better luck.

They couldn’t remake an item that I didn’t even receive. If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent over $45 here NEVER AGAIN!

My girlfriend and I come here all the time, but the customer service has really gone downhill. She placed an order over the phone, and when she got there and paid, the employees were in the back just chatting. Even after two of them asked about her order, she still ended up waiting almost 30 minutes, only to be handed the wrong order. When she asked for a refund, one of the guys acted annoyed about it, which was really frustrating and disappointing.

Takes forever to make orders, they forget what you ordered and have an attitude .
Go there if you wanna waste your time.

Seen them on TikTok and seen the strawberry shortcake tacos😋 I knew I had to have one, I got two instead and a strawberry shake. It was worth every penny. The only bad part was I had to drive 45 minutes to get there and I wasn't disappointed.

This spot is a must-stop if you're anywhere near Gwinnett County. Everything was worth every single penny. You can taste the freshness thick, rich, and bursting with flavor. Each dessert packs a powerful punch and matches exactly what it’s supposed to taste like. No guessing, no shortcuts just bold, delicious, handcrafted goodness.

The customer service? A1. The cashier was so sweet and welcoming, which just made the experience even better. The inside is clean, cute, colorful, and full of good vibes. I loved how they played their Spanish music it gave it an authentic, feel-good energy.

They also have a great variety of desserts, so there’s something for everybody. Whether you’re craving something fruity, creamy, crunchy, or cold…they got it. 10/10 recommend!

BEST esquite I've ever had!!! Fantastic menu. Their in-house flan has this really deep burnt sugar flavor (Authentic!!!). Will definitely come back.
