The food is good, but they should change the staff, the service is terrible and they are poorly arranged, this lowers the sales and neatness of the establishment.

I love how they make the pork and steak tacos, which are delicious. This is my second favorite Mexican restaurant, but El Grill is the best.

This place's service and customer service is terrible that includes their customer service department I had a terrible experience with this place.....I paid for an order by phone after 12 midnight the place closes at 1 am and when I am on my way to the place to pick up my order... I call the restaurant to let them know that I will be a few minutes late, no one picks up the phone, much less they called me to find out if I was going to pick it up or not, they preferred to throw away my order, what is already there? paid before informing me what the situation was...in the end they did not return my money for something that I never received...talking to the manager of this store is of no use...nor is their corporate office of any use because they never give you solution only makes you spin.
