I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Los Tortas Locas in Norcross. I told the woman making my food that I did not want lettuce or cheese on my taco. She made it wrong anyway. When I repeated my order, she tilted her head at me with an attitude like I was bothering her for asking them to make it the way I ordered.
Then it got worse. Instead of remaking the taco correctly, she literally grabbed the lettuce and cheese off the top with her hands and tried to give it back to me. That is completely unsanitary and disrespectful. At that point I told her to just keep the taco and I left.
I paid for something I never received, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. Management needs to train the staff on customer service and basic food safety. I will not be coming back until this is addressed.

My first time coming here and I will definitely return. Even though my order wasn't entirely correct, it was a good mistake. I ordered two taco combos but was given nachos and a combo. The staff were very friendly, the food was fast, and the nachos were good. The location is a little difficult to get into. Beaver ruin can be busy. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom. The prices were reasonable. $9 for the nachos that had beef and chicken and $10 for the taco combo. They were also good portion sizes.

Asked them no onions on my torta Gave me a torta with onions Went to tell them the lady at kitchen gave me a hard time Yet ended up grabbing the torta and once they gave me back the new torta it was the same one they gave me the first time !
