Asked them no onions on my torta Gave me a torta with onions Went to tell them the lady at kitchen gave me a hard time Yet ended up grabbing the torta and once they gave me back the new torta it was the same one they gave me the first time ! Plus it was cold Bad costumer service They just took my money and played me like if I was a dumb person! Really disrespectful .

Not exaggerating, but the Texana torta is maybe the greatest meal I've had in years, so packed with ingredients, the right amount of spiciness and for just 10$. I got my american friends hooked on them. Have tried other stuff in the menu as well, but that one takes all the prizes

I ordered two tacos.When the young girl started making my tacos she had on blue gloves and she had a dirty wash cloth in her hands. She reached to pick up a tacos shell and I had to stop her and let her know I don’t want that taco and I need her to wash her hands when she realized what I was asking after a few times then went to wash her hands laughing with her coworkers chicken was dry I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE

This was my first time at this place and I don't think I will ever return. Terrible service from the guy who stopped me. What is the manager, he had a very bad attitude And the food didn't taste good and please don't pay for their water, it doesn't taste like anything. I had a tamarind one. It didn't taste like anything and I asked them to change it to orchata and what do you think, it was the same. I had a barbacoa taco. It was horrible and to top it all off. The cashier seemed lost, she didn't know what she was doing, I really don't recommend it ?? my husband had some potatoes and I think that was the only thing that served

Those people who have employees in the store are incompetent and I think how is it possible that I placed an order, I went to pick it up and they didn't have it for almost 1 hour, plus the cashier didn't even know what she was doing, I'll never stop there again
